Club Aida Reviews

My family went to Club Aida this May 2024. There is 6 of us all different ages so not always easy to keep everyone happy. How ever we arrived at club Aida through a private transfer, (to the left is a shop there you can get bread crisps drinks plugs all sorts pool floats they blow them up for you too) the reception staff was amazing they made us feel instantly welcome and promptly got Us to our rooms. Which may I add was absolutely spotless ! So clean and fresh the rooms are immaculate and very spacious you have a kitchen with everything you need . Two sofa beds in the front room , bedroom and bathroom and a balcony we was poolside . The cleaner is amazing !! She comes in everyday and her work is out standing! We went down stairs to find a hairdressers that offer other treatments such as nails and eyelash extensions - we used them regularly they are also amazing . My husband was skeptical however one of the best cuts he’s ever had. My daughters had nail extensions I had eyelash tint bouncy blow drys also hubby had a few shaves. The team in the salon are amazing. Next to the salon is a tattoo shop and a gift shop which we all used, run by a beautiful lady and her daughter also very clean. On the same floor there is a Turkish bath with massages etc, I have to give the lady’s here a massive shout out they are so good at their job that we had a Turkish bath and went back for more massages - it’s a must I promise you will not be disappointed. I keep mentioning cleanliness- it’s so important when you have kids after having a horrendous experience in another hotel in Turkey we was over whelmed with this hotel. Alex who comes round the pool to take your drink orders and food He makes sitting round the pool very enjoyable he’s always happy making everyone laugh , he also is a valuable member to club Aida ! Randy shandy one of the waiters I didn’t catch he’s name but that’s what we called him he was also great ! Last but not least (save the best till last) the animation team !!!!! I just need to state I have an autistic daughter who doesn’t like change. She has panick attacks in crowds and normally likes to lock her self away she is 14. For the two weeks we was there Dodo especially brung a side out to my daughter we all noticed. He made her feel so welcome and always calmly included her. Now, we didn’t tell him she was autistic. He was just amazing with her. We was worrying about Frankie but Dodo made her feel relaxed and calm she had the best holiday ! Ginger the head of animation was amazing he’s so funny ( still waiting for the 3 chickens ) ding ding also amazing ! Always including everyone always smiling ! Pablo another great member to the team. I could go on all day about this team (there are more) because they work so so hard to make sure everyone is happy, having fun, always involving everyone not just our family absolutely everyone! They make that hotel 5 star! They are all valuable members to club Aida ! So to close my essay …. We’

We was put here after getting off of a cruise along with other couple we felt this was not for couples ideal if you have children with you but I found it noisy ideal for families but I’m so glad we where only there for 3 days To far to the beach front too not a lot of places to walk so only if you got on a local bus

The manger of the hotel is super friendly and helps any way he can.Overall all the bar staff and waiters do there best to accommodate requests.The entertainment team is always around and never fail to make you laugh and make sure your having a good time. expecially dodo he always makes sure that you are enjoying your time and are smiling he accommodates for everyone and makes sure no one is ever left feeling alone

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. More like lifelong friends. The pool is closed and secured off until half 6, so no towel runs early hours. Even if you have a lie in and need a sunbed, the staff will get them for you, no problem. The maids are excellent and rooms are spotless. The other services are great. Hair salon, tattoos and jewellery at very good prices. Photographer available too. TUI rep was fantastic and very friendly. Not trying to oversell trips and always there when needed. Hotel has a cash card system, so no cash is used at hotel, you top up your card at reception, so easy. Entertainment staff brilliant, Ginger, Dodo, Pablo, Ding Ding always have a smile on their face, and will do anything for you. Amazing kids club if you need it. Restaurant staff also fantastic. Prices reasonable. I would definitely recommend the flexi dine as you get anything off the breakfast menu and a 3 course dinner at evening time, again anything from the menu. We have returned to this hotel year after year and have made some lifelong friends…

by far my most memorable experience kids had an absolute blast here entertainment staff we’re so helpful they always had activities on for the kids and even the adults we ate here most nights and the food was brilliant all the staff were so helpful and kind couldn’t say a bad thing about this place it feels like home Thank you guys for the best 2 weeks 💜

club aida is the most family friendly hotel we have stayed at we were here last year and this year we weren’t supposed to be staying here but we had a bad experience at a different hotel so decided to move here it was the best decision.dodo ginger ding ding and pablo are the best entertainment staff always doing the best activities keeping everyone entertained the waitress are so lovely never had a bad meal from here, the hotel rooms are spotless don’t have anything bad to say about this place will definitely be back every holiday🫶🏻🫶🏻

best hotel we have stayed at amazing entertainment ginger dodo pablo ding ding they all doing all best activities and also dodo calls bingo number very funny and he’s so crazy, food is always amazing waiters are always smiling and very helpful we have been here 2 years in a row and will continue coming back

Brilliant hotel staff always friendly and will do anything to make your holiday a good one. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough will always be a 5 star for myself and my partner. Entertainment is fantastic for kids, pool I think is one of the biggest in Marmaris and the food is also beautiful. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding.

The entertainment was extremely good, with the team being very talkative and interactive with activities happening throughout the day. And the food was great. The rooms and hotel was very clean. When you have ordered food or drinks they are quick with there services.

Entertainment team was excellent couldn't ask for anymore off them got everyone involved.The food was really nice not expensive.very clean hotel cheap local beers . Plenty of shops,bars and restaurants around and verycheap excursions

Great family holiday. Hotel is very clean rooms cleaned daily. All hotel staff cannot do enough for you. Reception/cleaners/waiting on & entertainment team all fantastic dodo,ginger,Pablo and ding ding dong (all outstanding) We will be returning next year. Thank you Club Aida for a great week away xx

Just returned from spending a week at Club Aida and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. the rooms were very comfortable, the pool was great (slightly cold when you first get in) the staff were friendly, the place was spotless, it was so clean it was unreal. Hotel was in a great location, far enough away from the loud bars, but close enough to walk to the beach, bars and restaurants if you wanted. Food and drink was reasonably priced. One annoying point is that people are out at 7am putting their towels on beds, but then don't sit on them ! But saying this we never had an issue finding a bed

Best hotel! Been coming to this hotel for 15 years & by far this is the best hotel with the best staff! Food inside the hotel is excellent & good value. There’s everything you need in the hotel. Hairdressers is brilliant, gold shop, gift shop & mini supermarket! Outside the hotel is brilliant, fab location!! Close to everything but not too loud in the area! Good places to eat out that are excellent if you want to have a walk round. Entertainment at the hotel is the best! I’ve known a lot of these guys for many of years & will do anything for you! They treat you like family! Hotel is Great for any age! Highly recommend!
