REIS MARIS HOTEL

The hotel left a negative impression, unfortunately. There was no proper wifi in the room at all. That is, I literally had to sit on the floor near the door in the room and at least somehow catch the net, or leave the room and sit / stand outside. The people on the first floor did the same. And more than one person was sitting outside with a phone. We asked another couple who lived on the first floor (we are on the last). I quote: "As soon as they entered the room, the network immediately cut off. At first they did not understand why the messages stopped coming." If only this were the end.) In the room, I had to wait a very long time for hot water, drain it for 10 minutes, and then it appeared for a while, and even then not always. The air conditioner barely worked, and the day before departure it stopped working altogether. And there was such a steam room in the room, like in a bath. The furniture is shabby and does not match the photo. There was a big hole in the locker next to the bed, where the pipes were located and sometimes it stank of dampness. The icing on the cake was that after 3 days of living, a woman with covid was placed in the next room (they put up a sign "Сovid zone"). And it would be nice in some room that would be separate from other guests, but right there, right in front of our door, food was brought to her and she went out to pick it up. It finished us off completely. And the owner of the hotel came to us, said he would move to a better room the next day, but this did not happen. We also talked for a long time with support, where we took the tour, and in the end they said that it would be faster if we asked at the front desk ourselves. Alas, the staff and the owner don't really care about the conditions in which the guests live. The only positive thing I can say was the nice breakfast. At least something nice. But this is not enough to even rate it - it's normal.

Отель слабенький. Если вам надо побыть 1-2 ночи , то ок , но для длительного отдыха не сильно подходит . Завтрак с 8 до 10 - если вы пришли в 8.40- вас останутся только помидоры , оливки и ядрено красная колбаса . Кофе ужасный , хуже только напитки - даже юпи был лучше. Если уж есть нужда остановиться в нем, то лучше есть в кафе рядом - там их масса с разным выбором по цене и ассортименту. Вода Горячая есть. Кондиционеры работают , но шумят как вертолёт. Лифта нет. Сейфа нет. Не видела чтоб убирали бассейн ни разу . Кровать стоит к шкафу так, что дверь в шкаф не открывается . Комнаты для багажа нет. Холодильник маленький есть. Матрацы уже следует поменять- спать некомфортно , встаёшь уставший. Постельное чистое но существенно изношенное , с дырками. Полотенца дают. О шампунях/гелях речь вообще не идёт . В холле только 2 кресла и маленький диван . Наша группа из 10 человек не смогла разместиться для ожидания… нам пришлось идти в зону для завтрака . Море рядом в 5 минутах ходьбы .
