It was good room and very clean I love it

The most disgraceful and disrespectful hotel experience we’ve ever encountered. Due to a one-day mistake in the booking, we tried to change the date immediately through Trip.com — with no success. We then went directly to the hotel, hoping for a simple shift or at least a civilized conversation. Instead, we were met with complete arrogance and contempt. The manager refused to even speak to us, hiding behind the receptionist and ignoring us completely. No help. No courtesy. No humanity. They charged us $160 for a room we never used and made it painfully clear they had no intention of offering any flexibility, decency, or basic customer service. It felt like theft — plain and simple. Avoid this hotel at all costs. If you make even a small error, they’ll gladly take your money and treat you like garbage.

Beautifully decorated, good amenities like washing machine, cooking stove, and coffee machine Bed is comfortable, clean. Very close to nearby big supermarket, so we actually cooked a couple meals

Perfect! Good location to the sea 5 minutes walk, aqua park Atlantis also 5-7 minutes walk! Nearby there is Gore, a bunch of cafes. The room has everything, Alina coffee, washing machine, comfortable mattress, pillows and perfect internet. We highly recommend this place👌

They welcomed us very nicely and politely at the reception. The room interior was carefully designed and had all the facilities. It was very clean. The location is also good. I was very pleased and I want to go again.

Everything was good. There is private parking. Clean linen. Hot water. Kitchen utensils. Shops nearby.

The overall feeling is very bad, the rooms are on the side of the road, the sound insulation is not good, there is a bar downstairs, it is very noisy, there is no elevator, the hotel does not help to pick up the suitcases, it is too difficult. The bathroom and shower room are completely closed, there is no exhaust, and it is extremely stuffy. There is an additional charge for room cleaning. The bed is 1.82 meters with 1.2 meters of sheets. I am speechless😓
