This was the third time we have stayed here , really nice relaxing place to stay , lovely rooms, comfortable beds , very friendly staff, great food, no hurry for sunbeds , spotlessly clean pool area , great location only 5 mins from the beach and less for shopping and bars

Avoid avoid avoid Worst sh@t hole I have ever stayed in .. from the disgusting floors to the paper thin walls to the dishwasher wannabee Geordie alleged bar manager that didn’t give two flying hoots (especially if you complained about the £8 charge for a piece of toast) or the £4 for a can of pop to the £12 for a Malibu & lemonade .. The male tui rep must have been getting a bung to keep quiet and not listen to the guests .. shame we didn’t have Melissa the second tui rep on day 3-4 of our trip as we’d have been moved to a different hotel that wasn’t falling apart and had that much urine in the pool it was turning green … But hey if you didn’t mind the ‘£50 charge for Air-con’ that allegedly was a ‘“ROOM FEATURE” yeah a feature if you paid .. because if you didn’t .. oh they whipped the air con key straight off you ..! The manager didn’t give a flying whistle especially when the maid called the guest a “liar” then reeled when I told her I understood what she’d just said lol (as I speak a little Turkish’) didn’t go down well .. then they’re was the broken sun loungers the noisy units outside your window down to the broken 4 umbrellas that 200 guests were fighting over .. so all in all it was the motel from hell ..! On a plus note when I was followed from the local maccys next door by two men on a scooter the security guard ran outside to try and catch them .. so I should be thankful for small mercies !! But never will I return to this bell hole .. Maybe after spending some of that £50 charge per week per room the management maybe spends on the place to fix rooms sun canopies and sunbeds lower the prices of the extortionist rip off bar then maybe one day but until then I’d steer clear ..! Be warned guys ..!

Forum residence hotel Stayed in this hotel for a week b&b breakfast was pretty basic not a lot in it only scrambled eggs hot for breakfast. They have a smart card use as they don’t have cash payments. Room was quite large and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall experience good.

Honest review- Just got back after 2 weeks here and I don’t have any major complaints. You literally get what you pay for which means no frills added. Firstly, Suzanne is lovely and she’s on hand to help any time there’s a issue. When we first arrived our mattress was so thin it was like card bored, after a quick trip to reception they kindly swapped our mattress for us with no hassle thanks to Suzanne! After reading reviews on here I expected the breakfast to be TERRIBLE but it’s simply just a Turkish breakfast, anyone who’s been to Turkey before then you’ll know what to expect. Bread, cheese, olives, cucumber, eggs and jam etc.. it’s not to everyone’s taste but again, coming to Turkey then expect a Turkish breakfast.. simple! Hotel kitchen is slightly expensive, we only ate here ones and got a margarita pizza and chips which came to like £12th extreme when there’s places all around that offer a £12 food deal which is 3 courses. Also the older man who works in the hotel bar I think is name is Ismeal (not 100%) but he’s grumpy and has a slight attitude. The younger lad is LOVELY. Ok so on to the cleaner, they’re all nice but this one particular cleaner was doing our room every other day. She’s always happy and smiley so I took a shine to her straight away. She changed our mattress for us on the first day and I gave her a 200tip.. over the period of our first week I must of tipped her like 350 which wasn’t a problem and I was happy to do so as I thought she was working hard and I planned to leave her another big tip before we checked out. Anyway, our check out was Monday and on the Friday suzzane informed us that the hotel has over booked and if we minded swapping our rooms to a bigger room which was was more than happy to do this. Not even 10 minutes after we agreed to swap rooms the cleaner came to our door and was mentioning a tip, I told her I don’t have money on me right now. She then proceeded to ask me if I’d swap the money on the card and give her notes when we left, I was flabbergasted as you DO NOT ASK FOR A TIP. Anyway we moved rooms to completely different block and all weekend the same cleaner seemed to pop up wherever we was and she kept saying “ok i come find you when check out” it got to the point we was avoiding her. Low and behold, she found our room and knocked on our door 1 hour before check out (she does not clean the block we moved to). She asked again, can I go change the money on the card and leave her with money, at that point I was annoyed so I point blank told her no I don’t want to.. her face dropped and she walked off! We checked out at 12 in the afternoon but didn’t get collected till 8pm so we stayed around the pool all day and we seen her a few times to which she looked the other way.. I think she was so friendly because she thought she was going to get another big tip when we left and as a matter of fact I planned to but the stalking and harassment from her got out of hand it was uncomfortable.

Lovely small hotel . We used the hotel as a base and spent everyday out on the beach or boat trips . Good location , 5mins to the beach front . Supermarket next door . Bus stop opposite . Clean in all areas . Very friendly staff . Good free wifi . Extra for use of a safe and air on , we didn’t use either . Large bright rooms . The road outside is very busy almost 24hrs a day . I’d recommend this basic small hotel and will return .

Just returned from 9 nights stay at this hotel. Hotel is clean, tidy, and friendly. It's location is good. Food was really nice from there. Breakfast was bit basic if I'm being honest was just meats, boiled eggs and scrambled egg, which is OK if it was varied every few days (if changed boiled to fried eggs or added hash browns instead of fries that may have been better). Overall though I have to say we did enjoy our stay here and would consider returning only down point really was the breakfast not enough variety..

Just got back from 10 days from the forum residence and had an ok stay. It’s a basic b&b very similar to hotels around the resort. Pros- • the cleaners worked super hard, very took our bins every day and we had a change of towels each day. It’s basic but for the price what do you expect, unless you pay ritz prices your not going to get ritz standards! • no 5am sun bed wars, there was plenty of sun loungers for everyone. People still saved them however there was plenty around the pool when ever we came down. They were sprayed down each night •the pool was pretty good and had a separate kiddies bit. •close to “Blackpool seafront *****” if you fancy that. It was so close to the front, walking distance and there was also a dolmas stop outside the hotel. •right next to a major supermarket to get water drinks etc. •no sales rep to try and sell you trips, didn’t feel pressured into trips or eating there which was nice. Cons- • it’s not self catering as listed, it’s bed and breakfast. You have a kettle and a fridge but if it’s going to be self catering it needs to have a kitchenette with pots and pans for use. • breakfast was left uncovered with flies getting to it each day. They also allow smoking so if you are a non smoker enjoy an orange juice with a side of second hand smoke. • The air con worked okish, for roughly £5 a day it’s not great. Also have to pay for the whole time you are there. • you might as-well share a balcony with your neighbours, there’s no privacy. • the showers in the morning were repeatedly cold and the pool showers were a tiny sprinkle. • they allowed glass around the pool which is an accident waiting to happen. • check out is at 1200, considering the majority of jet2/tui flights arrive late and leave late you pay for a day extra, late check out is £40 and you can leave your bags in reception however there’s nowhere to go for a shower etc unless you use the pool shower which having someone pour a cup of water on you is more effective. Overall it’s ok, we came in peak times for 10 days however we went off to another part of Turkey for 4 nights.
