Where to start, booked Reflections Maroochydore which is their other resort & upon checking what time we could arrive we were informed they had moved us to another apartment even after we had stated we needed a low level apartment due to them not having lifts, stating again we could not be in a higher level & had stated this when we booked, of course this was apparently forgotten by staff. Later received a call from the manager asking me why we couldn't just move where they moved us, I reminded why & that they were told this when we booked & payed, my reply from him "do you need to stay here" I didnt even know how to reply to such a rude question, like do you guys actually want people to book your accommodation! After we were told they were going to move us to their other accommodation Aqua Vista, it was repeated to us that this was a major upgrade & beautiful apartment compared to the one we had booked, so we thought great, but no. We had originally booked & payed for a 3bedroom as we needed the beds & were told they had moved us to a 2 bedroom even though thats not what we booked, so we said ok we will need a room with 2 single beds then, apparently they had no availability rooms with this set up even though the whole wkend they had vacancy sign so clearly had other rooms. After being told we could check in at 12pm, it ended up being 2pm, fine thats the norm, so we get there a little before 2pm to be told the room isn't ready & won't be ready until 3pm & can we go somewhere for a while, mind you check in is 2pm & thats when the room needs to be ready for guest at the latest. We said no we are not going anywhere, after checking they said it will be 15mins & to come back. So we did, & no one was at reception leaving us having to call to see if we could go to our room, they said yes without even letting us no until we called, this was a out 2:30pm Not only was our "upgraded beautiful room" 1 room short & 2 beds short, because we booked 3 bedroom they put us in a 2 bedroom there was not even enough beds for us. This "major upgrade" was not, not only were we 1 bedroom short of what we actually booked, but 2 beds short as we needed 4 beds this apartment only had 2, stated as queens but they were only double. -Bathrooms full of mould in both showers, hot tub was clogged with other peoples hair, no water pressure, floors were grose. -Massive cobweb & spider behind the curtains of one of the rooms showing they do not clean the windows or behind the curtains as every window was also filthy. -Tv control apparently needed charging but there was no charger so we had to use our own just to charge it up so we could watch TV - bearly anything to cook with, cups were dirty - Furniture needs updating - linen was discusting, black marks on he white sheets, littoral holes in the blankets. If this was an upgrade I shudder to think what our original apartment at the other accommodation was going to look like. Sadly will not book ere again.

The view from,our 7th floor apartment was WOW!! When we walked it in was all we saw! The apartment was a centre one, 2.5bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Quite modern fit out with nice finishing. Very comfortable and could easily stay a few weeks or more. Very convenient location for the beach, Maroochydore Surf Club and some awesome cafes as well as Cotton Tree shops. There were a few little niggles; the lounge tv was basic and we gave up using it (although we worked out the twin room tv was a lot newer and much better), the wifi was patchy and slow so we used hotspot on our phones, no bbq at the apartment (but was a communal one downstairs)

Go elsewhere. Starts with the lack of service in arrival and justifies from there. So many better places to stay and frankly they wouldn't have to be much better

Absolutely loved our stay at Aqua Vista Resort. We hadn't originally booked her but due to a double booking at one of their other places they moved us here. View was amazing on level 9 and the presentation of our room was top notch! Kids loved it as well with lots of room. Staff on site were also amazing. This will defeintly be our first pick to stay again if travelling to maroochydore area.

Spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was also in an excellent location, close to restaurants, the beach, the surf club, a major shopping centre AND fabulous views looking straight out to the ocean, along the coast and river mouth with mountain views, and along the coast to Caloundra from the balconies. Good secure undercover parking and friendly staff. 10/10! I wish we could have stayed longer......we will next time!!!

16/6/2024 Very bad place We’re not going to this place again No one important to help us and there are persons working in this place very bad I will leave this place and I choose another place I am angry to choose this place for spend my weekend I return writing my opinion in English because not everyone knows reading arabic I hope get another place quickly 🥲

This was our first stay at Aqua Vista. We had the most fabulous unit with everything you could want plus more. Beautifully furnished comfortable bed and amazing view. Thank you to the owner who has provided everything over and above to make our stay memorable. Jenny and Rob were always on hand for any enquiries. We will be back!

We stayed here in early February and greatly enjoyed our time here as we always do. The unit itself was comfortable, clean, and well furnished. We enjoyed many a time sitting on the deck and admiring the sea view. We are looking forward to our next visit in May. Every time we have been here, our stay was made all the more enjoyable by our wonderful hosts Jenny and Rob. They were always there to offer help and nothing was too much trouble. Marg and Nev

Took the family for weekend at the Aqua Vista. Managers Rob and Jenni were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much. Always there for help. The penthouse suite was beautiful. Kids love the spa on the balcony. Can not recommend highly enough.

We have stayed at Aquavista in the past and have absolutely love it, but our recent trip was very disappointing. Our one bedroom unit had multiple faults (no aircon working in bedroom which we were not informed at booking, broken lock to the deck, leaking washing machine, dishwasher screen broken, frame around microwave came off, no cups etc.) The pool and spa were well kept and we enjoyed using the facilities. Unfortunately for the price we paid it was very disappointing! The units if being rented at a high price need to be maintained and security should be a priority.

Lovely unit with plenty of room to spread around, bit tired but wasn’t a problem. Instruction book needs updating with new appliances. Overall we had a great time here, pool was fantastic. Plenty of cafes, shopping centres nearby and a short walk to beach so good location!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! The penthouse is three stories of sheer opulence and grandeur. If you ever are in Maroochydore, this is THE place to stay. From the massive lounge and living areas to the 8 person spa on the roof, compete with BBQ and outdoor kitchen You will want for nothing here and if you ever get around to going out, the Maroochy surf club is half a block away and you get discounted membership for reduced costs on meals and drinks. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Great location, well designed apartment. Helpful staff. This is the 4th year we have stayed there. But internet at best intermittent. It is being updated. We should have been offered a rebate. We did raise this with management.

The staff is very friendly, the resort is very clean. Food is okay and service is good. Pools are great! - better than the beach (you need to drive there, but they have a bus driver). We had a great time! I would reccoment this hotel.
