Hilton Goa Resort Reviews

Recently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice. However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well! The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

GOOD HOTEL WITH VIEW

It's always a delight to stay at the Hilton in Candolim. The staff and must I say every one are really helpful and amazing. We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and have done so last year. Apologies, I did not write a review the last time. Ankush, the food and beverage was lovely and always approacble, as well as all his team members. Sorry, we forgot the bengali girls name (Aisha). The pastry Chef Vignesh is very knowledgeable, and I wish him and his team the best of luck in his future endeavours, an absolute diamond of a gentleman.

Stay was amazing !! To add to our pleasure it was rainy and the hotel looked beautiful and serene at the same time … we were served by Kajal for our meals and she made it further more comfortable! Rooms are spacious for a family for 3-4 to stay ! ☺️☺️

Beautiful property. Our stay there was even more memorable because of the caring staff. Excellent service from Avinash and Sejal. It was busy at breakfast but the wait time for service was short. They have a Goan food counter so you can try Goan food. Food was tasty!

The stay was very good and comfortable. My family loved the food and service. As it was my birthday we had a cake complimentary. All employees are welcoming and the service is 5/5. Fabiola thank you for the service during breakfast and chef uttam the breakfast was good. Zuali serviced our table and she was very kind. Hoping to see come for a staycation soon.

Simply fantastic! Loved every minute that we spent here. The entire team - from front office to reception to f&b all are well trained, highly professional and extremely courteous. The property itself is well located and beautiful. Just loved everything. Special mention to Dhruv the restaurant manager, Kamaljeet, Poyali, Priya, Arpan, Pranab, Krishna, Sidharth. We were very well taken care of by these remarkable people. The food and the spread was spot on & finger licking. Will visit again soon.

Had a good stay at Hilton Goa resort we took 3 rooms and also given all together on same floor . View of room was good cleaning was up to mark . The restraunt service was best Priya Vrinda All were good at reception . Pool was amazing. Checkin was on time amenities were good

No way this is a 5 star hotel, and I say so because of the following reason - 1. No lift. They expect guests to climb 2-3 floors. My mother started complaining of knee pain. Even I started feeling fatigued due to repeated climbs. 2. Rooms are not clean. There are patches on the room floor which tells us that rooms are not cleaned well. 3. The staff is a bit unresponsive. At least 4-5 calls have gone unresponsive.

We visited the Hilton Resort Goa for brunch and had an incredible experience. The atmosphere was lively, and we had a fantastic time. A special shoutout to Samir Sahu for taking such great care of us. Thank you, Hilton Resort Goa, for creating such memorable moments.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible staff. Every member we interacted with was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. We would especially like to thank Anupam, who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Anupam’s dedication to guest comfort is truly admirable; he checked in on us regularly and made sure that every aspect of our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The dining experiences were equally delightful, with a variety of options that catered to all our tastes. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with the utmost care.

The Staff, the property and the vibes of Goa long with Hilton was an amazing experience for me and my family. Special thanks to Mr Vighnesh for making us bestest of the food and Mrs Piyali and Sejal for showing us around also Mr Waseem for extraordinary room service. Overall an outstanding and great time that me and my family had. Would love to visit you guys again
