Very happy with the quick response and help from the hotel staff. Prices were slightly expensive

Decent hotel. The suite is well equipped but poorly soundproofed. We were unable to sleep properly due to the noise from the neighbors until 3am. Breakfast OK but mediocre buffet restaurant.

I stayed here twice at the beginning and end of a tour. It’s a very pleasant hotel with a lovely foyer. There are several places to eat within the hotel, including a good Italian restaurant and pool side cafe. Good pool. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel is a short distance from a shopping mall too. The first room I stayed in for one night was a good size with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The bed was comfy. Slippers provided. Bathroom nice size but, as with the bedroom, just a bit old and tired. Bath rather old and stained, although everywhere was clean. I slept well apart from being woken by a group of very noisy men in the corridor! The second room was in a different part of the hotel and was lovely. Larger, very pleasant, lovely large balcony to sit out on. Nice bathroom. My sink was blocked but maintenance dealt with it. When I unfortunately felt ill the staff were very helpful. They sent water to my room and checked I was ok and allowed me to stay in the room until we left, and as I left they were very caring. Thank you.

Not a 5 star hotel as advertised, I would give it 3 stars. Staff could be more friendly. Infinity pool cold but well kept. Staff need to brush up on

This is the worst hotel I have been to in a long time. Breakfast is awful, dinner is worse. Rooms are old and smell funny, ventilation is noisy. Hotel staff is extremely rude, I cannot stress enough that the idea this is a 5 star hotel is laughable by any standards. I have had more comfortable stays while camping in the mountains.

The rooms are quite large including the bathroom the bed is firm and the room is very clean it could do with a little maintenance but nothing excessive and there were limited toiletries available in the bathroom Which were not replenished For a two-night stay.. The hotel Is also quite a distance From The Hub of Marrakech ..It's okay if you're driving But it was difficult To walk Anyway As it is in a location That is quite a part from the city centre

This is a classic too big to care hotel. Might be good for the tour groups who are willing to fit into the rules but as soon as you need something even slightly out of the norm it's an issue. Pros It's big (for those that like big hotels) 3 onsite restaurants. (Buffet,Italian and Moroccan). Our group ate at the Moroccan and Trattoria and it was just ok. Nothing great Bar, although prices are through the roof and choice is not great. Good breakfast buffet with lots of choice Cons We requested a cup of hot water for a tea as the restaurants were not open. 1 1/2 hours later I went back to reception to request again. We ended up getting a kettle delivered with no cups. We had a shower over bath configuration. The water from the shower went all over the floor and sink rendering it useless. A mechanical fan like a split system droned all night outside our room, we did not have our heating on. This hotel is on the takeoff flight line from Marrakech (3km) away so it is noisy. You get woken up very early by the planes that go all night. The pool is not heated so is unusable as it is too cold. The fitness room opens at 7 however you can't get a towel until later as the pool attendant looks after those and he doesn't start till later. We attempted to get some washing sent out. We were told 24 hours initially which was fine, then told maybe 30 hours or more which didn't line up with our checkout. We were offered an express service for double the price Hmmmm strange how it can actually be done The hotel is 3-4 kms out of the Medina so not exactly walking distance which means you need to get taxis in and out of town. There is a courtesy bus but limited services. Overall the wait staff are very nice however the concierge staff were not as nice and very regimented. Not my type of hotel but might be ok for others. We have transferred to a different hotel and loving it.

A very nice hotel in Marrakech with nice grounds. Sometimes a little hard to find your room with several lifts. Our room was on the ground floor with access to a nice patio. However, after going for a walk, we returned to the room and could not get the door to open! An hour later after breaking into the room from the patio door and enabling us to access our belongings we had a new room but no longer on the patio level so we hoped for no more access issues! As it was Ramadan our access to some of the restaurants was not possible and things were not as flexible as normal so we would probably try to avoid visiting during this period. Oh, and they had no decaff coffee.

We stayed here as part of our tour. I’ll start with the advertised ‘all rooms have a balcony’. NOT. Room 163 was where we stayed. We are experienced travellers with visiting over 30 countries. I wanted to clarify that to better understand this review. ROOM…as stated, no balcony only a large window over looking a small courtyard yard. We did care about the balcony but am disappointed by their misrepresentation…spacious room…limited bathroom counter space…the shower did not drain for hours. We found out that several of our travel group experienced this as well. No bottles of water supplied (other hotels gave two per day per room)…needed two beds. One was a proper king. The other was two couches made into a bed. SERVICE…staff were inattentive often not clearing the tables when needed…I did not feel I could give anyone more than a 2 out of 5. FOOD…we had our food via buffet as per our tour agreement. Mostly blah. Congested breakfast sitting…not very clean. I cannot comment on any restaurant. The beer is double the price of any other restaurant we stayed at. Overall…I understand how a hotel gets a 5 star rating by amenities. For quality and service this is a 3 star at best. If you have an option I would suggest staying somewhere else.

The staff at Reception are unhelpful and seem quite smug and condescending. The first room they put me in was dreadful with no view, booked this hotel months ago. I asked to move rooms so they put me in a twin room with small single beds. I’m spending my birthday here so quite disappointed. If I want to move again I was told I would face the car park. As I said, very unfriendly staff. The swimming pool is lovely but has only ladders, no steps. It has very wet marble leading to ladders,a huge falls risk. The reception staff CONFISCATED fellow travellers alcohol as they entered the lobby from a shopping trip. Absolutely appalling! Currently a guest.

Pool-based spa hotel. Reasonably impressive. We enjoyed our stay. Some points of interest though were the DJ musical entertainment by the pool was a bit loud and intrusive for the rooms surrounding the pool. Our room was spacious but the bathroom was slightly tired and the cross-slatted sliding doors were noisy and difficult to manoeuvre (especially when attempting a quiet night-time visit). The buffet breakfast was truly excellent and the staff in that restaurant were superb, particularly the welcoming and amusing greeting staff. Also we had difficulty finding any of the four establishment restaurants open during the peak early evening meal time of 6:00-7:30pm. Fortunately we managed to sneak a quick bite from the pool snack bar a handful of minutes before it closed around 6-ish. We asked at reception and apparently one other on-site restaurant opened at 7:30pm and another at 9:00pm. Just a bit odd. But on the whole we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the wonderful staff in most areas who helped made it so.

This is a nice hotel with a little bit of something for everyone. There are some shops for shopping and some bars for drinking. There are three restaurants /cafes on the premises. The highlight is the large pool which on a recent afternoon where the outside temp was above 40, was quite full. The pool area also has a kids pool and a ping pong table. Rooms are large and comfortable. I liked that you could change the temp on the room fridge (many hotels now have disabled this) so our water was always cold. Our bed was firm but not overly so. Rooms are showing a little bit of wear and tear and there was some exposed wiring that apparently had been disconnected. Other than that, a very nice 2 night stay.
