Amazing patio and architecture lovely staff and nice view from the roof top

Really good hotel room is nice and big. Lobby and roof is amazing provides an amazing view of the mountains and the mosque. Gave us a welcome drink and cookies too which were both lovely. Conveniently located near the main square and the souks.

This raid hotel is beautiful landscape, the reception ladies are lovely and helpful. But one of the bar restaurant staff seems only like to talk with Arab or French speaking customers. He was very annoying first thing I asked him about menu when I was waiting for my room to be ready at the bar, he totally forgot my request he was talking with 2 French guests, second day he shouted me out when I was take a photo due to I didn’t know the place was a terrace for a guest room which was no sign or gate closed, I was feeling I m so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Anyway, the room is fine but the service is definitely not 5 stars

This riad was literally out of a postcard! Absolutely stunning and the service, the whole vibe was just soo goood. The location is perfect to walk to many must visit restaurants, rooftop bars, El Fenn, boutique shops etc. I most definitely do miss waking up to the heavenly sounds of birds chirping! 🤎🤎🤎

Not a bad riad. Maybe a bit overpriced, but I liked everything.

The hotel's location is very convenient, and the environment has a distinct local feel. I stayed for two consecutive nights, and I especially want to mention the exceptionally good service—the staff were very patient and professional. On my first night, before even arriving at the hotel, I discovered my backpack had been left in a taxi with an unknown license plate number. All my documents were inside. Thankfully, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, calling to inquire and patiently resolving the issue for me despite the rainy night. They even accompanied me to the taxi company, where they found my backpack being returned. I'm so grateful! Otherwise, I wouldn't have known what to do abroad.

This hotel is the best in Ouarzazate. The hotel environment is very nice, the service is excellent, and they even have amenities in Chinese. Overall, I'm very satisfied. However, the room facilities and details weren't very well done. I bumped my leg on the corner of the coffee table, the glass around the toilet was also easy to see and bump into, the hairdryer had an odor, and the coffee machine had stains, so I didn't dare use it. Everything else was fine.

It's old, worn, and shabby! Don't be fooled by things online! The kid wanted more money, but I refused to give it to him! He couldn't do anything about it!

This was the worst hotel I stayed at during my entire Morocco trip. The front desk staff said one thing and did another. There were many other better options considering the price. I don't recommend it and will never stay there again.
