A hotel with a high standard for Morocco, definitely worth recommending, the hotel staff is very nice and will help you solve any problem, from ordering a taxi to printing your boarding pass to suggesting interesting places to visit in Marrakech. Towels are in the room, which is a big plus. The facility is open 24/7 and monitored, so we felt very safe. It is also definitely worth noting that the hotel is in a very nice and well-kept district where you can find a shopping mall with popular chain stores and interesting restaurants. In addition, within 2-3 km there are the most important must-see points on the map, such as Jamaa el fna Square or Jardin Majorelle. I think that for such a low price the hotel is worth its price and there is nothing to complain about.

The owner and front desk lady fatima zahraa are racist towards arabs and especially from the gulf ..the staff are amazing but unfortunately the owner or so called manager fatima the disgruntled are appreciative of their staff ..as usual the salaries are low and hardly any benefits

A hotel well located in the Gueliz district, close to a shopping center and restaurants. 30 minutes walk from the medina. Large, slightly cold rooms but the courtyard with the orange trees smells pleasantly good. A decent breakfast.

There were 4 of us and we stayed there for a week in January, excellent location in the heart of Guéliz, near Carré Eden. numerous bus stops, Jemaa el Fna square 5 minutes by bus or half an hour on foot. Very quiet family hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast We highly recommend this hotel

Unprepared and unwelcoming staff. Small room, smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, despite this, we were told that the rooms were all occupied, however on booking there were 4 free rooms, the bed was hard and not comfortable. Quite minimal buffet breakfast. We stayed 2 nights instead of 4, they made us pay the full amount. Details are missing, the outdoor pool is nice and the waiter is friendly. I suggest - more friendly and attentive staff to fulfill every customer request - change mattresses that are too hard - renovate the bathroom and rooms

I found this historic address with joy! The hotel has been tastefully renovated, respecting the place and traditions. The rooms are beautiful, nothing is missing. The patios are pleasant, the service welcoming, and the price remains very low. I highly recommend.

Small hotel well located in Guéliz, pleasant and professional staff. The rooms are spacious, but the toilets (we can't talk about a bathroom) are cramped. An improvement of the wifi as well as TV channels other than in Arabic would make the stay even more pleasant.

Consistent for the price. Clean establishment. Small hotel that does the job. Good quality bedding. The rest of the room (shower, toilet) is more than sufficient. Fati at the daytime reception turns out to be funny and very friendly. Hamed at the night reception will prove to be a very great and pleasant company for your nocturnal insomnia. The maintenance women bring life to the day and smiles to this small hotel. Pay attention to small details. Not big but important. Soap refill Toilet paper Tables and chairs too close to the pool. Belle surprise pour cet hôtel. Bien placé pour visiter la ville (bus direct pour Jemaa El Fna à 2 pas et pour 4drh). Hôtel très calme avec une petite piscine pour se rafraîchir. Éviter les chambres autour de la piscine qui sont au RDC. Un bon rapport qualité /prix.
