It was a rocky start with the fast track entry at the airport getting messed up. They didn’t have our names at the fast track desk and were really rude to us about it despite us explaining our situation to them. It really left a bad first impression since we were hoping to have a smooth and comfortable entry into the country. It’s what you expect booking “the best hotel in Marrakech” after all. At this point I was regretting not going with Amanjena. However, as we got to the hotel, the beautiful interior and attentive staff did melt our hearts a little. The staff members at breakfast were particularly pleasant. The Italian restaurant and its tasting menu was quite delightful too. But the afternoon tea left a lot to be desired. Unprofessional staff (the birds got to the cakes multiple times before they got served, they brought out the wrong tea for me, etc) made me wonder how they could be so different from the breakfast team. Regardless the hotel was undoubtedly very beautiful and we did have a wonderful time overall.

The entire hotel was as beautiful as a museum. It was an experience I'd never had before. We were also provided with a luxury car and fast track access to the airport, making for truly top-notch hospitality. Breakfast was delicious and available à la carte, and the pool was spacious and amazing! It was an unforgettable, wonderful trip.

The owner of the hotel is the former King of Morocco, Mohammed VI (Morocco's King Mohammed VI). It was selected as the best hotel in the world in 2020-2021. There are 53 hotels in the whole hotel A detached Riad, each Riad only accommodates 2 people, There are nearly 500 employees in the hotel. Even when the hotel is full, the ratio of the staff to the guests is about 4 to 1. Basically, if you search for Morocco on the Internet, many pictures will pop up this hotel. Many Internet celebrities first recommend the strong Moroccan style, but the price is also very expensive. My stay in June is considered to be the off-season, and the room type I stayed in is also They are all the most basic ones, costing about HK$14,000 a night, but expensive has never been his problem... 😂 Personal check-in experience: Since each room is an independent House, it is necessary to make a reservation for check-in or not to go up and down the stairs. High-end Moroccan Riad design. The overall service is very warm and sincere. The hotel interior is exactly as advertised. You can rush in with your eyes closed. It is safe. Security checks are required for entry and exit. There will be many locals coming in on weekends and it will be a bit noisy.

Quite simply the best Hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Everything at the Royal Mansour is absolutely impeccable, the hotel itself is stunning, the riad’s have been exceptionally styled and decorated, the gardens are incredible and the staff, facilities, food and beverage are all superb. We stayed in premier riad, which was set out over three floors. The ground floor had an open courtyard with beautiful traditional tiles and fountain, a lovely place to sit in the shade during the heat of the day. Inside the living space is and first floor bedroom suite felt really luxurious, and the rooftop terrace and plunge pool were a nice private spot to chill out if you didn’t want to head to the pool or go out and explore. The pool area at the hotel is fantastic, a wonderful place to chill out during the day. The staff were perfect, there for anything that you needed but not intrusive. We sampled all of the restaurants and bars whilst we were at the hotel, all of them are excellent, but our food highlight was probably dinner in the Grand Moroccain. The spa was also fantastic, we took advantage of some of the traditional hammam treatments, and the Spa building itself is a really cool, with excellent facilities and places to relax. One of the biggest surprises is the setting, the hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Marrakesh, the souk and all of the history that you would want to immerse yourself in, but as soon as you step behind the hotel gates, you could be a million miles away from all of the hustle and bustle in your luxury oasis. The staff were all exceptional during our stay making it a truly memorable experience and we would head back to the Royal Mansour in a heartbeat.

We have enjoyed two completely different hotels in Marrakesh, one very shiny and flashy… with masses of posing going on… and another equally special but far more laid-back and unpretentious. This hotel is completely over the top, I have to give it five stars but I was only overawed by how pretentious it was. It is beautiful throughout, although I didn’t think that much of their top restaurant or of the service in the bars. Even so, which is probably the top hotel in Marrakesh..

I was heading to a yoga retreat on the outskirts of Marrakech, but thought I’d treat myself to a few days here before the retreat. Words cannot convey how truly amazing this property is. However what truly sends it into the stratosphere of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at is the staff and attention to detail. Every meal, every interaction was phenomenal. I will say it was difficult for me to leave this hotel for a yoga center. Hopefully I will be back in the future!

Just three minute walk from Nobu where we stayed, it was recommended to visit here for atmosphere, cultured history of Marrakesh. Well we had the most enjoyable afternoon having a light lunch and tea. The grounds and design we tranquil, it's like a secret hidden behind the Marrakesh walls. Great for inspiration, writing and of course pictures. We just loved it. They have Moroccan villas available for four and day rooms for a experience. It's a very special place to create memories.

Afternoon tea at the Royal Mansour was an unforgettable experience and easily deserves five stars. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel completely looked after. The food was exceptional a beautiful selection of cakes, pastries, and savoury bites, all presented perfectly and in generous portions. There was so much choice, and everything we tried was delicious. The tea itself was equally lovely, with a great range to suit every taste. The setting is truly breathtaking. After tea, we wandered through the grounds and were completely taken in by the surroundings. We loved the serene pool area and orange trees made it feel like a peaceful oasis. We finished with drinks in the bar, which were just as impressive ! They were expertly made and the perfect way to round off the experience. A truly beautiful and memorable afternoon. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

As part of our anniversary celebrations we had afternoon tea at this most opulent of hotels. Having arrived early we were offered time in the gardens. The gardens were very lush and well manicured. A tranquil walk amongst bird song and occasional sound of water from fountain. Every member of staff we encountered very extremely courteous and pleasant. The afternoon tea was in a small shaded garden area, the atmosphere was peaceful and clam. We had very attentive staff. Afternoon tea was set other than choosing drinks and opting for vegetarian. So happy with the flavours I had for open sandwiches, cakes and drinks. We opted for Moroccan tea and fruits of the garden juice, ending with chocolate and vanilla ice cream. The scones were lovely and light. Toppings for scones were local to Morocco with fig, Orange and honey as preserves. My only niggle would be the cream for the scone; nothing quite substitutes for Cornish Clotted Cream. Food was plentiful. We had cakes to share between us and that was more than enough for us. Our tea was topped up continually. The ice cream came with a toppings cart which they gave you options to choose to have on your ice cream. Not a criticism at all but a suggestion, if you’re going to offer an afternoon tea then please include Cornish Clotted Cream. The twist of having ice cream to conclude the afternoon was just perfect, literally icing on the top! The staff were so wonderful with great attention to detail. We then had the option to use the facilities of the bar or the piano area. Having decided to move on we were then helped by golf cart to the gate. What an amazing experience and to perfect way to celebrate a special day.

I stayed at the Royal Mansour with three of my friends. It was the most incredible hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a two bedroom Riad, it was absolutely stunning. We were taken care of by Fathallah, our butler. He made us feel so special & took such great care of us. He took us for a tour around the property, which was spectacular, helped us plan a city tour on a motorcycle with side car, helped us with reservations and gave us lots of options for things to do. We will never forget our time at Royal Mansour!
