Clean hotel with a very large property, friendly staff, and stunning views.

The hotel wasn’t that clean

Definitely a very very old heritage hotel with a lot of history! The hotel premises are stunning. The reception and lounge staff were so nice and helpful. I do think, the hotel could do with a litte but of refurbishing especially for the rooms. But I cannot complain! Got the best deal, and had a really good time and the breakfast out in the garden under orange trees was like straight out of a movie! Loved it!!! Great location, close to many more hip and happening hotels, bars, restaurants and cafes.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful lush green oasis with so many trees, plants and birds. Love the 60s architecture and interior design and elegant pastel pink and green colours carried across the whole hotel. Pool really nice and very relaxing with great service. Ate in the gastronomique restaurant food was good and service excellent. Staff very warm and friendly.

Not compliant with 5 stars standards. Very old and rusty rooms.

Was great stay

The hotel is a resort, with Palace (high-end version) and Hotel (cheap version), with a casino in the middle. The Hotel has been in disrepair for a long time, it is too old, many metal equipment in the room are rusted, and they are not replaced, it feels a bit like a three-tier city five-star hotel. The front desk staff is also very classy. The gym is next door to the Palace, and it can be seen that the Palace should have been renovated. The breakfast is also quite ordinary, the restaurant is particularly dim, and there are few food choices. The suite booked for 2500 a night has no advantages except that the room is large enough. There are many better hotels in Marrakech that are more worth staying in, please avoid this one.

Although the facilities were a bit old, it was a comfortable and satisfactory stay during my 2-night stay. I think it would have been better if the breakfast had been a little more abundant.

I traveled with my wife and this trip was catastrophic. Being used to Marrakech and the fairly well-known hotels in the city, I wanted to try this hotel. But never again, it is to be avoided. The service is non-existent, the hotel staff is rude, incompetent and lazy. The valet does absolutely nothing with his day except look at other people's women. As for the baggage handler who follows you for the sole and unique interest of collecting a tip. It is a shame to rate this hotel as old and dusty with 5 stars We had booked a suite with a King size. The bedding is hard The furniture is dusty A terrace with a view of the air conditioning and a deserted hotel. TO BE JUST AVOIDED.

Very good location both close to the city center and a little away from the hustle and bustle.

Insufficient cleaning and service for the price

The hotel is very big, divided into two parts: place and hotel, and check-in is separate. The environment of the hotel is really good, the garden is large and beautiful, and it is very comfortable. The room facilities are relatively old, and the wardrobe door can't be closed. The bed, pillow, and quilt are very comfortable, allowing people to sleep well. The breakfast is good and quite rich.

The hotel is definitely at a preferable level. The garden and grounds are very beautiful. There are old rooms and new rooms, but it's a matter of price and performance. Especially the reception and the staff are very helpful, thank you.
