We had a lovely 4 night stay! The manager, Simmo, was very hospitable and even went out of his way to find gluten free bread for myself to have at breakfast (which is not easy to find in Marrakech!). Simmo speaks a good level of english and was helpful in pointing out key places to visit. Despite speaking little english, the keeper of the Riad was a great help to us during our stay and always had a smile on his face! The lady who prepares breakfast is also very friendly and funny!

They didn't want to hear anything and hung up on us. We had to find another apartment for the night on our own. The next morning we went to the RIAD for explanations. Mediocre stay! We were allocated the room right in front of the swimming pool on the ground floor. Cleanliness to review and noisy from 6am. Too dark for our taste… The deplorable breakfast for a Riad! 4 unfortunate pancake and cake that we are served in pajamas and with moss and we are told that it is made the same day … LOL positive point the manager very accommodating and helpful. We had booked 5 nights. We fled from the first for a hotel, it's a shame

Un excelente Riad sin duda. Está muy bien situado, por lo que llegas al centro en pocos minutos y a la vez está una zona muy tranquila. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y muy limpias.El patio interior es precioso, con una pequeña piscina y muchas plantas que dan frescor y a la vez mucha paz. El desayuno sencillo, pero suficiente, todo recién hecho. Cabe destacar la gran amabilidad del gerente, que se desvive para que no te falte de nada. Y la de la señora en la cocina, que rebosa dulzura. Sin duda, si volvemos a Marràqueix, repetiremos el mismo Riad.

J’ai réservé deux chambres début février 2023 pour les 15 et 16 mars derniers. Arrivée à Marrakech vers 17h, j’ai téléphoné deux ou trois fois. Aucune réponse. Finalement un monsieur m’a dit qu’il avait oublié de confirmer ma demande de février. Devant ma stupéfaction et mon énervement, il m’a raccroché au nez !!! Nous sommes allés devant la porte du riad, avons vu quelqu’un qui a fait la sourde oreille et nous a claqué la porte au nez !!! Enlevez cette adresse de vos fichiers. J’habite au Maroc depuis 40 ans. Jamais personne ne m’a traité de la sorte.
