I really liked the staff who were very attentive, but I liked the location less.

The hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our every need was met with willingness and smiles. We were there for a birthday celebration and the hotel really went the extra mile to make it a very special occasion. They decorated the corridor to our private dining space with rose petals and candles, giving a wonderful ambiance as we approached our private space. The food throughout our stay was first class, the rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious and relaxing and the hotel was clean and pleasant to be in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and, should I return to Marrakech, would definitely be staying here. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Beautiful Hotel, Amazing Staff 5 * Experience. We stayed here for 4 nights and what an amazing experience. The hotel is outstanding with a beautiful feeling of serenity and calm, staff who go above and beyond in a calm and tranquil setting. The pool and spa are so welcoming after time out exploring. They are also able to book excursions direct and have an amazing restaurant. Its a fabulous location within walking distance to the Madina,palaces, gardens and the souk. We would 100% recommend booking. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the staff set up a private dining experience and left us with amazing memories. Don't hesitate to book, you wont regret it for sure. Big shout outs to Nadia, Fatima and Mohammed you were all amazing.

Getting slightly dated, but a delightful place nonetheless, with very friendly and helpful service, good food and good amenities. Would absolutely recommend.

Our stay at les Borjs de la Kasbah was a success from arrival to departure. The service was pleasant, the rooms were superb, the food exceeded all expectations and there was great entertainment - thank you very much for us 17 lively slightly older Norwegian ladies

This is an excellent hotel with fantastic staff, who couldn’t be more friendly and attentive. The room (205) was spacious and overlooked the dining courtyard. The en-suite was also very spacious. Although we had a set menu for dinner because we stayed half board, which was very good, the à la carte menu had a great variety and was reasonably priced. The local wine was surprisingly very good as was the Casablanca beer. The swimming pool area is tranquil and overlooked by the spa facilities. The water was at the right temperature and not too deep. The hotel is well located in the southern part of the city with all the main sites within walking distance or you could take a taxi to any of the main attractions. We did a walking tour on the first day to see the sights and acquaint ourselves with the layout of the city. Cycling tours are available from Green Wheels which is 50 yards from the hotel. We decided to do our own thing and hired bikes for the morning at a cost of 5euros each, which is extremely reasonable. Going solo is not to be recommended for the faint hearted as the traffic is manic with cars, motorbikes and donkeys jostling for position.

Loved every minute of our holiday . All the staff were so friendly , helpful and lovely people and I mean all the staff. The food in the restaurant was wonderful plenty of choice and well priced. Our room was brilliant and the size of the bathroom felt like we were VIP even if it was a standard twin and the whole road had a dreamlike quality from its rooms to the facilities to the small quiet areas to relax . I cannot recommend les borjs de la kasbah enough , we will be back xx

Beautifully maintained and designed property in great location on the edge of the old city. Everything was immaculate. Beautiful bedroom and large bathroom. Great breakfast that was varied and so fresh. We had dinner one night and it was so tasty. It has a pool which is rare in the area but again immaculately maintained. All the staff were helpful including the owners. They booked taxis to/from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. It was amazing how tranquil it was when you stepped through the doors from the noise outside. The main noise was the daily dawn chorus from the birds which was a lovely way to start the day

Try his place is a tranquil oasis in the middle of the bustling city. There were 9 of us staying for my Mum,s 80th and it was amazing! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the decor is like you stepped into a film set and the pool area is superb. You can even press a button to order drinks and food which was also excellent by the way. We will definitely be returning.

It's rare for us to review anywhere unless we've received service that was beyond expectation. In this case, Les Borjs excelled. From the welcome to the farewell it was a great experience. A beautiful setting, good location, perfect atmosphere and a large and comfortable room. All very clean and well maintained. The food was excellent, the staff very friendly and everything arranged from airport transfers to guided trips. Nothing was too much trouble. Nora and Tom were excellent hosts and made you feel incredibly welcome.

Great 2nd Stay. Food Fab! So Friendly Staff. Nora and the team, Imane, Fatima, hamza, plus everyone else made us feel so welcome. We had a massage and it was absoutley lovely and would definitely recommend. The Mint Tea, coffee and bicuits are superb. This place is gem. Love it. Ashley x James x

A lovely traditional style hotel within the old city walls in the Kasbah area in Marrakesh. There are three things beautiful about staying here. One is the building itself which is a beautiful renovation of five old houses to make a really stylish and comfortable and quiet hotel. The rooms (picture) are so attractive and well presented. The second is the food in the restaurant, both the breakfasts with lots of freshly prepared dishes and then the dinners in the wonderfully atmospheric courtyard is an experience in itself. The third is the staff - they are so welcoming, helpful and efficient. They always have time for you, and make you feel an honoured guest and friend. Do find out about the history of the renovation. Do sample the breakfast pastries (home made) and do taste the Lamb Tagine for dinner. They also have a superb selection of Moroccan wines and, as we run a wine society in our village in England, we took advantage and tasted 4 of the 5 reds while we were there. All really excellent. Shame we weren't staying longer to finish the list! The pool is well maintained and we could see from our bedroom window that it was being fully serviced every morning. My wife enjoyed her massage in the spa, at a very reasonable price. The only slight downside is that it is a 20 minute walk to the main square, but on the plus side the distance adds to the quietness of the street the hotel is in.

Tucked away in the Kasbah area of the old town this is a beautiful Riad constructed out of several properties in the early 2000s. It is clear a lot of thought and love has gone into the property, which is full of Moroccan charm. Whilst the Medina is absolute chaos, Les Borjs provides a peaceful escape. Its a 20-30 minute walk to the main square and souks, with plenty of street food and cafe options along the way (the staff provide guests with a local map and talk through the main sites and best routes). An excellent breakfast is included with fresh fruits, juices, omelettes, cakes, etc (there is no in-room coffee facilities). Service is outstanding with nothing too much trouble - the team will gladly answer any questions about the area, arrange taxis, etc. and there are also some trips bookable from the hotel. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if visiting Marrakech.

This hotel was a home from home. The warmth, smiles, service we got was impeccable, nothing was a trouble. Very clean, bedrooms comfortable, bathrooms well appointed. Can recommend this hotel.
