It is completely inconsistent with the photos and descriptions. There is no large room of 20 square meters, only one room smaller than the nanny's room. There is no place for a 1.3 meter 🛏️. Everything circled in my picture is not provided! There were no tables, chairs, bathroom cabinets, and there was no air conditioning at nearly 0 degrees Celsius. It was impossible to sleep well even if I slept with my coat on all night. Moreover, the bed was also dirty, and I didn’t want to lie down at all. I had to make do with it because I got here so late. Don't come here, the name is copied from another internet celebrity B&B, but it's actually completely different. For three to four hundred a night, you can book a hotel with excellent service in Marrakech. You must not choose this one👎🏻

Great value stay. We booked our taxi with Love Holidays so met by lovely lady and checked in. Fab location near square and we walked to Gueliz and up to Nobu and the shopping centre . Don’t be put off by the walk down the back alley Riad is clean and only gripe would be the beds are rock hard and if you have the top room like we need you are literally under the roof terrace so a bit noisy at breakfast with the metal chairs dragging all that said as a budget stay very good

10/10. Me and My Mum loved this Riad, all the staff were amazing and super friendly. The Riad was very clean and Quirky which we loved! We had breakfast one morning which was so delicious! If I came back to Marrakesh I would definitely return to this Riad!

My husband, Son and I stayed at this traditional Riad for 3 nights in February 2023. Holiday was a taster break to see if we would like Marrakech. We were met by Agnes? at the main road by our Riad. Other staff at the Riad were attentive, lovely and helpful. We paid an additional 270 Dirham at the Riad for taxes (£22) Room was clean, alittle basic but everything we would need for a short break including great air conditioning. Shower was powerful and hot but the towels were past there best. Tap water could not be drunk, so we bought bottled water which was available everywhere. Breakfast was on the rooftop terrace, consisting of pancakes, mint tea, coffee, marmalade, olives, honey, cheese, fruit juice and breads, which was surprisingly filling. We didn't eat at the Riad, as we liked to taste the street foods. Wifi was poor in our room, but worked fine in the lounge area. Riad is centrally located and just a 5 minute walk to local cafes and restaurants, Jamaa El Fna square, souks and shops. Would definately stay here again.

This riad was ok, the room and bathroom were fairly modern however the bed was rock hard and the bathroom didn't have a working extractor fan or window so got very steamed up. Breakfast was advertised as being from 8am however no food appeared until 8:30am and some of us were in a rush to get a flight so that wasn't ideal. Also the riad is quite a walk from where a taxi can drop you off. Nice roof terrace.

Disappointed scam no breakfast a small glass of tea he brings it to you already cold a portion of laughing cow 3 pieces of sugar a small emcemene as thin as a Gillette blade I took photos I wanted a coffee I asked the price She told me 3€ for the disgusting Nescafé, more expensive than Paris, no shelves where chairs can be placed for our toiletries. No hair chese as advertised on the page. The headboard full of dust the very dirty shower there were elderly people who were scammed for taxi transport they made them pay 50€ to go to the city center this is the price for all their taxi stays this is Well I came home disgusted, luckily there was sun.

Where did the Riad described on the internet go? It's not a 3* Riad, it's a dormitory with a housekeeper who spends her time trying to scam you instead of taking care of you, under the cover of a big hypocritical smile 😡 False advertising for a Riad 3* - the rooms, the dining room, the patios, the roof top, the breakfast do not conform to the photos and descriptions on the Dar Ben Brahim website. On the agenda: General dirt, interior design and poor quality services. There was nothing authentic left in these rooms. - low-end wall painting, there was no more tadelakt or zeligge, - gray tiles on the floor - low-end shower, no storage in the shower - absence of towel dryer - absence of hairdryer - absence of bathrobe - absence of auxiliary furniture: no table, no chair, no console, no mirror - having to ring the bell and wait for someone to come and open the door - eating breakfast in an outdoor area exposed to cold and rain. We were forced to insist on breakfast in the dining room on the ground floor covered on the ceiling by a tarpaulin to avoid the rain. - breakfast not in accordance with the service sold: a glass of cold tea per person, offer of 1 hard-boiled egg per person only once during the stay, no fruit bowl, no olive oil, no homemade bread, no fresh squeezed orange juice, no olives, hard and very thin slices of baguette (inedible), the crepe (small format, 1 per person) was cold and dated, the coffee and milk served in dirty Thermoses, dirty dishes, etc. On Saturday we decided to have breakfast outside. - no luggage storage to store our suitcases after leaving our rooms on Monday at 12 p.m. We had to leave our luggage in the dining room on the ground floor accessible to all. Technical problems, damage and dirt in our rooms - lack of heating: intense cold in the bedroom and bathroom - bathroom door blocked with loud squeaking noises when opening and closing the door - damaged walls and dirty - disgusting bedside rugs - dirty headboard - dirty bathroom - under-equipped bathroom: unsuitable sink, no storage - degraded bathroom - rusty staples on the towel on which my hair got caught and scratched my cheek - faulty lighting - cleaning done after several requests claiming that the housekeeper did not have the keys. - no replacement of bath mats, having to ask for them - noisy cupboard doors The housekeeper offered us services at higher prices than the service itself, presented on a piece of cardboard. We understood that she was taking a large commission so we thanked her and went on our own. We wanted to take

For 1 night it would be ok because perhaps less waiting. We stayed there 5 nights and were very disappointed with the welcome and the room. The walls are made of paper it was very noisy, we hear the other visitors and also all the outside noises. No storage for belongings, damp bedroom and bathroom, no way to dry the towels which have to be asked for again because they remain wet despite the hot climate. Insist/relaunch to have something that is part of the services sold by the Riad. The water is not drinkable, we knew that, plan a small budget to buy bottles of water (be careful, double the price at this Riad) and when we have evening meals, the glass of water had to be paid for. ! An aberration for these people who ask for a tip at all costs (even for an answer to a question Attention!) Namely the time of the evening meal is imposed, even if you had reserved the formula in advance (with or without taught). No menu choice. The smiles of the hosts were certainly there, but the sincere friendliness and human warmth were not at all. No typical green tea or transmission or sharing of Moroccan culture, but we chose a Riad rather than a hotel to discover this spirit and customs. We wanted to experience booking one of their services for transport (taxi): avoid! More expensive price even by negotiating, departure/arrival time not respected. The only positive point: the cooked and local dishes, couscous and lemon chicken very good with various flavors. We highly recommend another Riad in the heart of Marrakech for a long stay.
