Very good! We upgraded to a villa room, and the room was like a palace. The hotel garden was more beautiful than the scenic spot. The free airport shuttle cars were very luxurious. The flight luggage was delayed, and the butler and the front desk helped to call the airport to urge the luggage. Finally, we got it smoothly. Thank you very much! If you catch the right price, I really recommend experiencing Mandarin Oriental!

While God created heaven and earth, mandarin Oriental MO created a small heaven on earth in Marrakech with beautiful architecture, comfortable 1100 sf Riad (private villas) with private pools and jacuzzi in each Riad. Exceptional landscaped area filled with palm, bamboo and olive trees. The resort is next to Royal Golf Marrakech for the golf lovers. Kids club offer pottery, painting, ping pong, play area, outdoor mini zoo of goats, chicken, rooster, peacock and sheep next to small garden of vegetables education and entertainment. Managed by Mr. Thomas Briere and his many assistant managers including Fiona, Nada and over 300 associates MO provides an unparalleled experience of comfort, leisure and exclusivity you can’t find anywhere else. Staff are standby to assist with anything you desire. Attention to detail makes all the difference. From the moment you check in, to the moment you check out, you can see every detail no matter how small has been taken care of.

Beautiful resort with wonderful and warm service. We will definitely be back. Our butler Samad was spectacular. Everything you could think of he was ahead of. Food was great. Total relaxation as the staff sets everything up for you. We had several excursions booked and they were all great. Highly recommend this resort.

Our family celebrating my husband’s 60th and my son’s 24th birthday with a trip to Morocco. We decided to stay 1 night at the family suite at the Mandarin Oriental Marrakech on the birthday (my husband and my son share the same birthday). The whole process from the booking until check out, has been nothing but easy. Everyone was very helpful and warm. They responded promptly to multiple emails I sent with questions and requests and they did their very best to accommodate. The hotel is so beautiful : the architecture, the landscape, the pool, the facilities,… We booked a 2 bedroom villa with a pool. And it was amazing! Very cozy and comfy. The bed, the linen, the amenities all are top products. For birthday dinner we booked a barbeque in the villa. The food all were delicious from starter to dessert. We even have a soloist entertaining during the dinner. The breakfast buffet also delicious. You have everything from local dishes, western and Asian. To sum it up, our 1 night and birthday celebration at the Mandarin Oriental Marrakech has been perfect and magical. Thank you all the staff. You guys amazing!

The Mandarin Oriental Marrakech is a stunning place with outstanding service. I regularly use their spa, which is world-class, and the breakfast is exceptional in both variety and quality. Our daughter also loves the kids’ club with its fun daily activities. It’s the perfect spot for relaxation and family time!

My partner and I went to the MO for dinner on Saturday night at their Ling Ling restaurant which absolutely blew us away ! The service was exceptional the cocktails were some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world….. lost for words ! A beautiful place with beautiful food and drink ! Thank you MO we WILL be back

We recently concluded a five-night stay as a family of four. The hotel, villa, staff, and food were exceptional. Having experienced many prestigious hotels, I can affirm that this ranks high up there. The premises were impeccably clean, and the staff provided service akin to royal treatment, displaying an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Huge shout out to Yessir and all his colleagues for this. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful stay. Highly recommended in all respects. The villa was beautiful, comfortable and well kept. The food and service in the restaurants was top notch and the villa’s wonderful butler , Oussama, was so attentive, kind and thoughtful! A great place!

Absolute Paradise. We stayed in a Pool Villa which was heaven. Every bit as lovely as the photos online. Hakassan Restaurant was delicious.... Superb food and friendly professional staff, nothing was too much trouble. The site is sumptuously planted with hundreds of roses, majestic olive trees and palms; the orange blossom wafts the most beautiful perfume as you walk through the grounds.

Great resort hotel just outside the centre. Beautifully landscaped with excellent service. Our butler Oossama Wydady was superb and anticipated our needs beautifully with some excellent recommendations for both restaurants and guides.

As many have said before, the Mandarin Oriental Marrakesh, is an exceptionally luxurious hotel in a very beautiful and tranquil setting that evokes a great sense of peace, tranquility and privacy. The grounds are abundant and beautifully planted and the villas are luxurious, well appointed, spacious and have absolutely everything you could possibly need in them. It’s wonderful to have so much space to yourself and so much privacy in a city hotel. There is an incredible level of attention to detail and the housekeeping team are fantastic. Every member of staff we came across, without exception was extremely friendly and courteous and service driven. However the highlight of our stay was our butler Amine. Through his warmth, kindness, good humour, efficiency and can do attitude he truly provided an exceptional level of service and really is a credit to what is a wonderful hotel. Thank you Amine for a wonderful trip.

The most stunning hotel where you feel you are in Morocco but it's not rammed down your throat! Stayed in Suite 2 which was enormous and had amazing views of the Atlas mountains. The staff were so kind and genuinely friendly especially Oussama who was so very helpful and professional. Highly recommend. The only downside is you have to rob a bank before considering staying there!!
