All aspects are good, and I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Unfortunately, when I left, the attitude of some waiters made me feel very uncomfortable. After reporting it to the front desk, although I kept apologizing at the beginning, the front desk manager later said, "Why didn't you ask about the relevant regulations when you made a reservation?" It was as if it was my responsibility. This statement is hard to accept. How can I take the initiative to ask about some regulations that I don't understand? For example, it's like I went to the restroom in a restaurant and was told to pay after using the restroom. I said that no one had told me before, and the waiter asked me back: Why didn't you ask in advance whether you had to pay? It's okay that the waiter had an attitude problem before, but the front desk manager would say such illogical and unwelcoming words. I think in terms of hospitality, it's still a bit unsatisfactory😕 Other aspects are still very good, and the previous lobby manager was very helpful
