Riad Zineb is a very authentic Riad located in the heart of the city and hosted by very friendly and helpful staff.  The breakfasts were lovely, the room was huge and well appointed and I had direct access to the communal roof terrace with views over the city.  Highly recommended.

Прекрасный рияд, чистый номер, сервис отличный - при заселении в январе сделали апгрейд нам, хорошо говорят по-английски на ресепшен, очень доброжелательно общаются. Завтракали в соседнем отеле из сети- видимо, заполняемость была небольшая. Не хватило на завтраке горячего - овощей, мясного. Есть блинчики марокканские, омлет жарят при тебе, яйца, сыры, колбаса, десерты… Очень уютный внутренний дворик - апельсины на деревьях придают антураж. В номере хорошо работал кондиционер, в ванной обогреватель висит - актуально в зимнее время, тепло мыться. Мыло глицериновое местное и аграновый шампунь с гелей для душа - классные детали, которые создали марокканское настроение. Рекомендую этот отель в Марракеше 100%

Firstly the location is fantastic if you are on a weekend break and concentrating on the sites of the Medina etc. I would recommend you organise the airport transfer via the hotel as this was perfect otherwise you could get lost. Our room (No 1) was adequate for a couple though the towels were threadbare, thin and well washed (grey). I hung my clothes in the "wardrobe area" of the room only to find them all damp the next day, so keep your clothes in your case. The breakfast was nice and a good choice , when they eventually put it out (8-10am) though never fully stocked until nearer 9 am and not covered so flies were present, I dread to think what it would be like in the height of summer. If you are on a city break and just want a bed and breakfast it was fine.

This is a nice riad. It is more expensive than others that are higher quality. The rooms are traditional and tasteful but there has been no updating or renovation for many years. The bathroom water pressure was weak and it was impossible to see in the bathroom mirror. The main problem is that the staff is almost all located at another riad, since this is one of a group and only minimal service is available here. Breakfast is from 8-10 but bread and pastries didn't arrive until 8.15.

Solo trip and my first time in Marrakesh and I’m so glad to chose to stay here. The riad is very centrally located and perfect for the souks and the sights. Inside is clean, peaceful and the rooms are pretty and well maintained…but the real treasure here is the staff. Aziz and his team did everything they could to make the stay perfect. Can’t wait to return

This Riad is part of the Riad Karmela group. The Riad is stunning, a traditonal place to stay. Excellent location and Excellent staff, nothing was to much. The Riad was clean and quiet.

If you want to be in paradise, you have to stay at Riad Zineb. Everything is perfect- clean rooms, great food, central location. But the most important-people who work there. They make you feel very welcome, they take care of you, they go above and beyond to help you to make your stay in Marrakesh just perfect. I want to say special thank you to Aziz and Doha. They are the credit to the Riad.

First visit to Marrakech and could not have stayed at a better place. About 10 minutes stroll into the thick of it all yet whilst at Riad Zineb felt we were in our own little haven. The rooms are gorgeous and spotlessly clean and the staff fantastic - nothing is too much trouble. Said and everyone who looked after us were attentive and bent over backwards to make our stay an absolute pleasure. Would love to return to this amazing place and thanks again for looking after us! A beautiful small riad in heart of the medica. About 15 min walk to jamal el fnaa square. Pool is very cold but is perfect after a hot day exploring. Beds slightly on hard side but were comfortable. Thomas the cat is a sweetheart and loves a belly rub. But the star of the show is Aziz who goes out of his way for every resident and nothing is too much trouble. He did more than I could ask when I was poorly for a couple days and he is so pleasant and empathic. He is a credit to all that have raised him. Thank you Aziz. I hope ( I know) you will be successful in your career.

We loved our stay here! The riad is stunning, the room is beautiful and super comfortable! Staff is very kind and helpful! Helps us with our reservation, with the luggage and also arrange a quick breakfast for our early departure. And the location could not be better!

This was one of the 4 Riads in the Karmela group of properties that we stayed at during our weeks trip in Marrakesh The service and accommodation was excellent- from the pick up at the hotel to the food at breakfast ( and optional evening meal) Lovely roof top terrace and great location

Lovely stay in Riad Zineb. The staff that served breakfast were excellent. Always working hard. The breakfast was excellent too fresh orange was delicious. We had dinner at Riad Karmela and that was lovely with a guitarist/singer and lovely setting. We were having a relaxing weekend and we certainly had that at Zineb. Shame the hamman/massage was fully booked for my stay I was looking forward to a bit of a pamper. Next time we will stay at Riad Karmela as the staff there were all lovely and hard working too. Great location to stay.

Perfect Riad- centrally positioned, very clean, peaceful inside with amazing pool to cool down and nicely decorated. What we loved most though was the staff and how private it felt. It only has 8 bedrooms (though some for 3-5 ppl), so most of the time it feels like you have space to yourself. We spent multiple evenings on the terraces without being interrupted and anyone in sight. Pool was always available with plenty of space to sit around and relax. Staff is amazing. They have taken care of us very well, from walking us to our excursions pick up early in the morning to bringing food and tea orders from Riad Karmela. Nothing was a trouble for them. If you’re looking for privacy and relaxing quiet environment after busy days in the city, and most amazing service, we would recommend. And you have an option to spend time / eat out at their other busier riads where there are bars and restaurants. We will definitely come back!

A lovely Riad to stay in. We were there in June 2024. The Riad is part of a 3 with the others being Princess and Karmela which are close by. All 3 are wonderful but we preferred Riad Zineb because it was smaller I think only 6 rooms. The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. Everyone spoke very good English. The security staff met us at our drop off point as you can’t get vehicles to our Riad and they carried our bags to and from our taxi. The location is very good being easy walking distance from the central square and all other local attractions. The food at the hotel was very good and tasty. Riad Zineb has a plunge pool in the centre of the ground floor for cooling off after a hard day’s walking and exploring. There is a rooftop terrace also, where daily breakfast is available. Main meals if included are taken at the Riad Karmela. Thank you for a great time with you In Marrakesh, Morocco x
