There was ants in my room, ants in the bathroom, there was a bad smell in the room, room obviously hadn't been cleaned, I had to leave early as the room was not fit for purpose. Very disappointing, would not recommend.

I was assigned a room on the first floor, and due to France's big win at the Rugby World Cup, I could hear the noise from the bar next door until around 3pm.
To be honest, the soundproofing is not very good as I could hear conversations that were not that loud.
Other than that, the location and the staff's response were good, so a room on a different floor or facing might have given a different impression.

I was very satisfied with this hotel, quiet and close to the quays and the MUCEM. For a very reasonable price, the room is welcoming, quite spacious and very clean. Air conditioning during this period of high heat constituted an additional criterion of choice.
A small downside: it's a shame that the hotel does not offer the possibility of leaving your luggage in storage but you can find this service nearby, 5 minutes from Place Joliette.
