The overall impression is: acceptable. Nothing really wrong but nothing to give you a good feeling, either. You have everything you need, the room is clean, the location safe, lots of students in the house, but no noise. No hotel facilities, just a vanding machine. Depends on what you are looking for, relatively cheap, but I had way better hotels for roughly the same price. Most likely NOT coming back.

Small room, there was some mould in the bathroom. Very nice beds, helpful staff, close to transportation for other parts of Marseille. The area of the hotel is not worth a visit. Overall a good experience.

I came to Marseille to watch the rugby finals and stayed at Apparteo Marseille. The place was very well kept with everything being clean and tidy. The apartment is in a fantastic location with the Metro and main bus lines all within a two minute stroll. The Orange Vėlodrome home to Marseille FC being one minute walk from the apartment The area also felt very safe and accommodating with lots of options to eat and drink. Would and will definitely use again.

This is the first time I have booked a room in this clean, well-equipped hotel, close to the stadium and the metro. I recommend. The only downside is that the single bed is not wide enough for my taste.

the apartment is very spacious, ideal for 4 people. too bad no parking (and the one at the velodrome was not available because of the match. small problem with the shower taps. quiet and clean.

We didn't have air conditioning, not even a fan, even though it was 30 degrees that weekend. No one was at reception to help us because it was the weekend (this is unacceptable for a hotel)! It's a shame because the room was well appointed and well located for attending an event at the Vélodrome stadium.

Establishment located right next to the Vélodrome in a fairly quiet area except perhaps on match evenings. Access to the beach can be made via the Huveaune trail which is a haven of peace in the middle of the madness of Marseille. For the room, nothing to say except that a room for 2 does not mean only 2 sets of cutlery.
