I booked a reservation, I called to have my reservation changed from a 2 night stay to 1night stay, checked in and the hotel was under renovation. The experience was terrible and communication is terrible, I was charged 1 night by the hotel and ******* didn’t even changed the booking that was changed for 1 night, and ******* and OYO are happy with stealing money from a customer explaining that I was a no show! It was a terrible experience and they need to figure these things out!
