The Hotel was lovely but there was some issues with beddings, cleanliness” but I had pictures so I was able to sent it to there higher up in which the issue was fixed immediately, the breakfast was really good but quite expensive so we chose to eat on our last day everyone in the hotel was pretty friendly and nice, my favorite part of the hotel were there cookies I think it did the trick with everything else they lacked and they weren’t stingy in handing out the cookies amazing” overall experience was a 3 star as expected what would make it for if they fixed things before check in like the beddings and vent system in the rooms” shower was good water pressure perfect

The room was very nice, the location was convenient with easy access to transportation and parking, and it wasn't far from the city center. The breakfast was also good with a wide variety of options. It was good value for money, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The room was clean but appeared to be rundown. We had to wait a few minutes to check in as no staffs were around when we arrived.

This hotel is nice and has great potential. But there were someone's whiskers still in the bathroom sink when we got to our room. So cleanliness was an issue. You have to pay for a breakfast, no continental options were available. The small store had some cereal and granola bars for sale but the selection was limited and over priced. No bagels or muffins etc. for on the road. Would I stay here again? No, it was not worth the price for the value.

Very nice The room was hot the first night but they took care of it immediately Also they did erroneously charge my room for items in the shop, but they took care of that. Wasn’t sure why they wouldn’t just look at the cameras and see who it was that used our room number, but maybe they did that after we checked out. Ultimately it was a nice stay and the hotel was nice
