The room wasn't great. Although the hotel hasn't been open for long, the facilities are quite poor. While the hotel's public areas are nice, the room itself was very disappointing. I originally booked a standard twin room, and the front desk kindly upgraded me to an executive room. However, the shower in the bathroom was very cramped and the drain was clogged. The bathtub took up a lot of space, sacrificing the overall bathroom area, which felt like a poor trade-off, especially since the shower is used far more often than the tub. The shower itself looked old, unhygienic, and had a yellowish tint.

Beautiful hotel and in an excellent location for NEC and BP Pulse arena. Staff were wonderful and our room was clean and beautifully air conditioned. Hotel lobby atea was constantly busy due to a huge conference that was on which stopped us from wanting a drink and relax at the bar.

On top of old fashion class in the hotel world. Good atmosphere with mix of uk family visitors it always help when you stay for business. Great location less than 10 minutes walk to the NEC Birmingham if you know the short cut is.
