The service was great

Small clean rooms. Quiet hotel. Minimal breakfast options. Very close to kings island. I would go back

Way overpriced. For $140/night you would expect conditions to be much better. There was a foul odor throughout the hotel, room was not well cleaned, and breakfast selection and food quality was not great to say the least

Rude customer service and when I took the broken microwave to the front desk to receive a different one, I was screamed at and told they'd be charging me for a new microwave. Manager was shocked and threatening to kick us out for having the number of occupants allowed with our kids in one room.. a room advertised as a sleeps 5. Breakfast is pathetic, coffee isn't refilled.

Clean room, and great staff. I had an issue witj my toilet but iy was quickly resolved. The breakfast was light.

No. The workers are nice, but they are very rough and dirty. The building is good but they are lack of good house keeping . The environment is dirty they don't wipe their tables. In my room all the tables was dirty, dhey dont wipe their tables, no washing the bathroom. If you look at the corners of the floor they are dirty. They dont sweep the floor. And, they don't wash the toilet. The place is not good for asthma patient or who ever is asthmatic. because of too much bleach. The place is smelling of bleach. There breakfast is horrible. I did not eat there breakfast because the workers her dirty and the environment is dirty and smelling horrible. They are lack of workers and housekeeping. I don't normally give reports about hotels, but I gave this report because of children. The place is not good for children.

Kids were knocking on my door all night running the hallway ways. It was no supervision of the kids. The room was clean my toilet was broke and floor could of been swept better

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The halls smelled strongly of smoke even though it was a non-smoking area, and overall cleanliness was lacking. The bathroom and fridge were in poor condition, and the breakfast was also disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the experience for future guests.
