Tru by Hilton Mason Kings Island

Check in was really fast and easy. Room was great, Clean and well stocked. Asked for fresh towels on day two and they was there when we got back. Will stay here again if in the area.

Property amenities were good. Eating options nearby. Only complaint was the hallways and elevator smelled awful musty.

Clean rooms and great in-room amenities. Bed was very comfortable and the air/fan setting at night helped with any background noise. One of the nicer places I’ve stayed in Ohio! Will definitely be back.

Room was very clean. Wood floors and rolling desk chair makes for a lot of noise from upper floors. Hotel was sold out but I would suggest 4th floor room if you can get it.

Hotel was great. Clean. Management was very rude. Tried to charge $75 for our dog when website says $50 charge for one dog. The manager tried to argue that ******* should have updated their website and wanted to argue with me. Then he told us to get our dog out of lobby, even though there was another dog in the lobby. Won’t be staying here again!!!

Breakfast was subpar only toast . Eggs and sausage looked raw . Yogurt was not functional and empty .

The entire hotel smelled. One elevator was broken and the other was moving very slow and at one point didn't open on our floor after staying stopped for a couple minutes, it then went back to the fourth floor and that elevator ended up breaking. Only the stairs could be used. Breakfast is not good.

Room was clean and everything in place. Only issue was original room they gave us the tv didn’t work so they moved us to another room …where the tv didn’t work…lol.

Waste of money, terrible breakfast. Bathroom doors in room didn't work.
