Great Wolf Lodge Mason

Taking 4 grandchildren on vacation was easy when staying here! Service was very helpful with everything. I would recommend The Great Wolf Lodge for any family looking to vacation.

We stayed at the kidcabin for 7. There are 6 of us. While the name is Kid Cabin, there is no indication that some of the beds are for little kids only…My tall child had to sleep with his feet outside the bed. There is like no sound insulation in the room too. I was inside the area with the bunk bed and could hear my family whispering through the wall like there is no barrier at all. And we can hear other customers opening and closing their doors. Many times, the sound made me think someone opened our door.

Mrs. Alisha—thank you so much. I’m writing this with love from my heart for the support you gave me and the boys. You truly touched us from your heart, and you are an angel from God. Even though I didn’t have everything you needed, you and your team still helped us—especially you—and you did everything in your power. What you did for us is a real blessing, and we will never forget it. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the manageras well, because Mrs. Alisha spoke with her about our stay. This was my first time here, and I honestly was ready to cancel the whole checkout, but because of your kindness and effort, everything turned out to be amazing. From me and the boys—thank you, Mrs. Alisha and team. Your compassion made a difference.

Enjoyed the spacious majestic bear room. Plenty of space! Only down side is it’s only one bathroom otherwise room was perfect!

Over price gouging on all the kids events , and food way over priced and most not even fit to eat , seen roaches all over the place , will never plan on going back !!! Charged twice for parking $80 for two nights !

I appreciated the +18 hot tub. It was good to escape for a few minutes to have a bit of adult relax time. Staff were very attentive and watchful. Good to go mid-week and before school was out for a less crowded time.

The resort was very clean and the staff were very family friendly and my entire family had a an amazing weekend!!

The kids really enjoy the waterpark. General atmosphere of the hotels and entertainment are great

The stay was pretty good. Buffet was what you’d expect. Not worth the $23 price tag though. And the lights in the bedroom didn’t work. But, the room and facilities were clean and the staff friendly.
