We stayed at this hotel from April 4th to 7th, everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms bright and clean, the food delicious, and if you love art they have beautiful art pieces around the hotel. Recommended

As our 1st Italy adventure we selected Villa Fiorella as "Top Shelf" home base to explore Sorrento and the Almalfi coast, the welcoming team over delivered all services throughout our stay. After our transatlantic flight we arrived at the hotel, short one large piece of luggage (fortunately my wife's luggage arrived 😜) Ms. Lia welcomed us at check in and started saying don't worry about your luggage.. you're in Italy now. Lia escorted us to the pool area for a welcoming cocktail and to enjoy the spectacular views. 20 - 30 minutes later she introduced us to our room, where in the closet were three linen shirts and a pair of pants all my size, that's the caliber of hotel Villa Fiorella! Staff and service wise all 5 stars, Pepe, Roman, Gino we had lots of laughs and great friendship moments and. Ms. Lia represents the brand VERY well. If you're looking for a high end boutique hotel in a quiet area with spectacular views, James Bond like service, this is a great jump off location for Almalfi touring. Masa Lebrunse is low key with outstanding local flair

We stayed for four nights and it was beautiful from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail that all of the staff do for you goes without saying! The food is amazing, breakfast is fabulous and drinks throughout the day are always accompanied with complementary snacks. The pool is lovely and warm, with perfect views guaranteed. Gino and his team at the pool bar are lovely and will look after you We stayed in room 2 of which the view of the sea and Capri is an added bonus. You are directly below the main dining area and I can imagine during busy periods it may be a bit noisy, but we had no issues at all. Spacious and decent bathroom for what we needed The local area is lovely for morning walks down to the marina or into the main square. Rather than taxi anywhere I’d advise get the bus from the square €2 each to sorrento rather than €35 in a taxi! So easy and quick. We used the ferry hopper app to book the ferry from sorrento to Capri, much cheaper than booking through a holiday rep unless you want a private boat but for us it was a means for transport over to the island. On the whole yes it’s a pricey hotel, but it’s worth it for sure and you won’t be disappointed! If we ever go back we would certainly look to stay again

Truly our most favorite place in the world. Heaven on earth! Simply the BEST in every way. The staff is so attentive and caring. Lia, especially, is the sweetest and most helpful person I have ever met. I asked a million questions and she answered every one with patience and grace and played a huge part in making our trip extra special. Forever grateful and forever a friend. The view. Just wow. Indescribable. Breathtaking sunsets. The room met all of our needs and then some. Breakfast, dinner, cocktails, everything was 10/10. It is obvious that Alberto has left no stone unturned and has great attention to every single detail to make sure guests have the absolute perfect stay. We will be back again and again, all the way from the US, just for Villa Fiorella.

An OUTSTANDING experience! The location can’t be beat with beautiful outdoor and indoor common spaces to be able to enjoy. The staff goes above and beyond. Their concierge what’s app connectivity allows you to ask questions and make arrangements for anything you need. Food was excellent as well. We will be back!

A most stunning located hotel. Great views from the infinity pool to Capri Island. Rooms were beautiful, decorated on a similar theme but individually so. Staff were outstanding; attentive, polite and very informative. Along with a great grasp of English to make communication easy for us. I’d recommend the wine tasting at the hotel with the Sommelier who was very knowledgeable. All in all, a fabulous hotel that I would highly recommend and return to whenever we are in Lubrense.

Our stay was amazing at this beautiful boutique art hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived. The rooms were so comfortable, the view amazing, the grounds beautiful and the art interesting all over. Would definitely recommend to others!

It was such a great feeling to be in the care of Villa Fiorella Art Hotel. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that we were in great hands. The concierge/front desk was able to offer many suggestions and accommodate changes that we made to our daily itinerary and also arrange for a fairly priced ride to Sorrento. We we needed a massage after a long day of walking, one was arranged for the following morning. The food in each restaurant outlet was tasty, as was the recommendation for the restaurant in town. The view from our room was superb. Would definitely book here again!
