Wir waren mit der Verpflegung (AI) sehr zufrieden, abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Sind immer satt geworden. Auch das Schwimmbad, welches wir regelmäßig benutzt haben, war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Wünsche nach einem 2. Kopfkissen und einer zusätzlichen Bettdecke wurden sofort erfüllt. Leider war das Hotel etwas abgelegen und die Umgebung nicht sehr schön.

Ich versuche seit nun schon über 5 Wochen einen Aufenthalt zu buchen, aber keiner im Hotel reagiert. Einfach unfassbar! Bei mehreren Anrufen meinerseits wird nur über die eigene. Kollegen gelästert und gelogen. Mir wurde mehrmals Versprochen, dass man sich um mein Problem kümmern würde, aber das ist alles gelogen!

Wir können für dieses Hotel nur Positives berichten. Das Zimmer war warm und sauber, der Service funktionierte. Unsere Halbpension war gut und abwechslungsreich und das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Ein Pluspunkt ist die Nutzung des angrenzenden Sportzentrums mit Sauna und Schwimmbad. Man konnte es über einen Gang unter der Straße bequem erreichen. Familien mit Kindern sind hier sehr willkommen. Auch die Auswahl an Essen für deren Ansprüche war gut und abwechslungsreich, selbst das Eis nach dem Abendessen war lecker.
