I arrived on Sunday, October 22th, with my friend. We booked a junior suite, the room was very large and it was all clean (bathroom, bed, desk and closet). The crew was very friendly and has also met us. Since the check-in was only from 14:00, but we arrived 2 hours earlier, the staff at the reception have looked for us earlier, checked out the room and left us in a time earlier accordingly. Taxi service is also available, just give the staff notice at the reception and wait 5-10 minutes. The restaurant has a proper amount of food and the Sangria was also very top! , so I would fully order another. All worked, whirlpool, air conditioning, TV and refrigerator. I would come back here with my friend and parents. PS: Please run carefully in the streets, the drivers are here a little fast on the roads. Drive 60 km/h at the Tempolimit 30.

We were looking for a hotel out of the City bustle but with good Metro links. We were checked in by a very surly membe of the Reception team and had no further contact with Reception until we checked out 5 days later. Large, comfortable rooms although very limited wardrobe and drawer space. We upgraded to a Marina view room which gave us superb views day and night - also a lovely balcony for enjoying a picnic lunch and evening drinks. The bathroom was huge although the lighting not the best. Breakfast was well organised with tables available outside and inside. A couple of mornings we think they had recruited some agency staff to check guest's room numbers as they arrived. Unfortunately they were dressed in their black agency uniforms clutching a clipboard and looked more like maintenance staff or security guards - not acceptable in a 4 star hotel. The Metro station is opposite the hotel and just a 5 minute walk without luggage but around 10 minutes if you don't wish to use the stair way underpass.

We checked in for one night, the hotel is OK for a stop over, room is very basis but clean, hotel is very out of the way, we did not go for breakfast it was €6.50 each for a continental breakfast with very little choice, but there was free coffee at reception 24/7. The receptionist was very friendly.
