The property is perfectly located, everything is brand new and super clean. It is comfortable, modern, well located, absolutely perfect. The best part is the host, Gennaro, who allowed an early check in, greeted me, went out of his way to help with any requests, and even went to his place to find an adaptor that I needed, he is amazing. He also speaks perfect english which made things easier. Cant recommend enough, thanks!

The structure is truly excellent and everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. Unfortunately I have to make a small note regarding the management. On the second day, although I had requested the room to be cleaned, I was unable to verify that it had actually been done. the towels that were on the floor were not only changed but remained where they were. Furthermore, the bottles of water consumed on the first day were not replenished. Small details of course but that still would have made the difference.

Tutto perfetto come da descrizione! Ambiente con tutti i comfort, weekend passato con mia moglie e il mio piccolo di 10 mesi. Struttura situata proprio al confine con la zona ZTL quindi raggiungibile in auto fino al portone d'ingresso. La struttura è a 5 minuti da una piazza centrale dove si possono già ammirare scorci fantastici della bellissima Matera . Ristoranti per tutti i gusti a pochi passi . Infine un particolare ringraziamento al Sig. Gennaro che più gentile e disponibile di così nn poteva essere! Grazie mille!!Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura, ad occhi chiusi! Ci ritorneremo!! P.s: l'unico consiglio che vi do, è di andarci con temperature miti e bel tempo soprattutto se avete bambini piccoli, perché si gira prettamente a piedi!

Il residence è ubicato a due passi dal centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Camera confortevole ben pulita letto comodo. colazione essenziale ma buona. Poca disponibilità di parcheggio pubblico intorno, utile prenotare anche posto auto riservato.

Ottimo B&B in una posizione ottima comodo al centro. Camera accogliente, spaziosa, pulita con un bagno molto grande e anch'esso pulitissimo. Un grazie anche al Sig. Gennaro per la disponibilità e gentilezza dimostrate.

Struttura ben organizzata ubicata a pochi passi dal centro storico. Camere nuove dotate di aria condizionata, mini-frigo, bollitore e diverse tisane offerte. Bagno ampio con doccia spaziosa. Il sig.Gennaro disponibile per ogni esigenza e curiosità. Ottima colazione al bar (in convenzione) dietro l'angolo.
