Altaf Motel

Recently, i had a terrible experience with this hotel. There rooms and hotel are not what you see in the pictures. It is different. Rooms are dirty and small, have suffocation, location is near to railway station but it is on back side of market and place is also not clean. I didn’t checked in because it was difficult to stay there and i lost my money. I didn’t get proper response from them. It would be difficult to contact as network issue in matheran. it would be terrible experience. Better don’t book this hotel.

Dirty rooms walls door dirty foul smelling garbage dumping outside rooms horrible smell return same day without night stay lizards bugs in room. We left room in 3 hours.

I had the worst stay at the hotel. The rooms were not clean at all. There were cockroaches in the room. The hotel staff was not supportive at all. Overall i had a very bad experience.

Clean rooms and supportive staff. View is also attractive. Near to railway station and market. All point is accessible from this hotel.

Hotel is located at walking distance from station and market. Service was good. Hotel is clean and neat

Good for small budget picnic. Couple apartment is good. D av is coordinator who provide best services over and above. Just more cleanees required rest all good.

It was just an adjustment stay as if someone could not get any place to stay for a night.

Very good got bigger room due to maintenance of booked room very humble and guided for tours and other help also

I stayed in altaf motel with my mom & 3years kid. I booked for inter connect room, which i got at the time of check-in. I rated 4 because of dev who was a care taker of that motel. I asked him to blow few ballons as i want to click few pictures of my kid while cutting the cake as his post birthday celebration. And he was so quick in that. He was just a call away. About room i would say, not maintained. Both the latches were broken. I even took the pictures of it. Bedsheets were smelling bad.
