Nidhivan Sarovar Portico Vrindavan

We stayed at this hotel in January '23 and booked 4 rooms. My request for high floors and rooms together was taken and fulfilled. It's always great to be with the family in the nearby rooms. The staff at the check-in was very friendly and extremely courteous. This was our first time staying in this hotel and that too 8 people, 4 rooms. The hotel staff did their best to make us feel welcome and provided support wherever necessary. The hotel has ample parking space so there is no issue there. The restaurant staff is also very professional and friendly. They suggested to us what to eat and what not to miss. Following their suggestion was the best thing that happened! The food was very tasty and all of us were very satisfied. The rooms were very comfortable. We checked in quite late around 9 PM and slept really well and were active the next day. The breakfast spread was very good with a live counter as well. The food as usual was great! The checkout process was very smooth. We will return to this hotel very soon and this is our go-to hotel from now on when in Vrindavan. Thanks so much to the ***agement for making our trip to Vrindavan so special, comfortable, and memorable.
Hotel Nova Inn

The staff here are friendly, and accommodating. The front desk host from Winnipeg, you were wonderful and welcoming! She made our stay easy, adjusted our late check out with no problems, and helped us get laundry done early despite their own hotel laundry duties. The staff earned every star I gave the Nova Inn, Inuvik. Bed was comfortable, room clean but the whole hotel is a bit rough around the edges, which for us is no problem. Air conditioner in room. No free breakfast. Coffee only. But Nova Inn direct website doesn’t advertise a breakfast included. However, where the restaurant used to be, you have a microwave, toaster, and a guest freezer for food storage and dining tables. I have a feeling this staff would do what they could to help you out when needed. This hotel is basically beside the Western Arctic Visitor Centre. I would stay here again Thank you Nova Staff!

Wonderful property in Vrindavan.. A bit of a distance away from proper Vrindavan town.. Takes around 20 mins by e-rickshaw from the town.. Otherwise a gem of a hotel... Very clean and hygienic and responsive to guest's needs.... Stayed at the Maharani Suite (as the Maharaja suite was booked) for only one night (could get booking of the suite for 1 night only). Two single beds and one queen beds provided for 4 pax... Single beds not very wide, an adult would have to remain conscious as to not fall off the bed... Mattresses very soft and you sink in.. A bit of a challenge for senior citizens.. The beds are separated by a classy wooden partition... The interior decoration of the suite is tastefully done with wood panelling and cupboards and bedside tables and you have lots of, places to keep things on... There is only one bathroom but it is a very big one with wonderful fixtures and a bathtub thrown in for added measure. The toiletries are of good quality and you are provided with a Electric kettle and tea/coffee sachets... The restaurant Anubhuti is a quaint place and serves very good food.. The complimentary breakfast had no buffet and you can order anything from aloo paratha, idli & vada, fruit juices, fresh fruit platter, poha, etc. All of the preparations were very tasty and the portions were generous. Would specialty compliment the restaurant for allowing to serving customized good items -- we asked for plain aloo jeera and boiled vegetables and were served perfect dishes to suit our palate. Thank them for that. Secondly, after one night stay, we had to check out at 10 am... At the same time we went for Vrindavan local temples Darshan by e-rickshaw... They were very generous is allowing us the room till 1 pm after which we ate lunch at the restaurant and departed for Govardhan. Would definitely come back to this hotel the next time we come to Vrindavan. I was travelling with parents who are over 75 years young and the hotel staff did their bit so that we had a hassle free stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean, wifi fast, staff nice, hot water. There is a restaurant with Chinese fried rice and fried noodles, but it is a vegetarian restaurant. The location is also ok, no matter where it is, there is tuktuk at the door.

Excellent location... Nice hotel.. service was very slow especially at the restaurant and in room food service. Hotel had warmth of being in Vrindavan..not very fancy but vibe was soothing.
