This hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on:
- warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel
- gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view
- free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100)
- impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110
- quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change
- free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information
- the environment of the public bath was quite clean
- totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights
Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

The facilities, meals, public bath, and friendly staff are all perfect. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay there again.

太小眾的地方了，連日本年輕人都很少，都是當地的中老年人，酒店工作人員幾乎不會説英語，但是靠比劃，基本交流還算順利。JR車站到酒店打車大概五十RMB，通過攜程預訂沒有酒店的郵箱，也可能是酒店沒有，就無法聯繫酒店接站，衹能自己在車站等空車。離開的時候，免費送站就方便很多，圖裡有拍的送站時間表，提前跟酒店前台説好。

島根県松江市の玉造温泉の温泉街にある大きな温泉旅館です。玉造温泉駅から1キロほど離れています。送迎のバスがあるそうです。
部屋は十分広く，外の温泉街の景色が望める大きな窓もついていました。
そして良かったのが朝食です！海鮮丼や出雲そばなど、島根名物がたくさんいただけるバイキング形式でした♫

The hot spring bath is large and clean. The appeal is that the men's and women's versions change daily, so you can enjoy both. The staff is also kind. I would like to see some innovation in the breakfast, but considering the price, I guess it can't be helped...
