First of all, I would like to thank the staff for their response. On the day of our stay, the San'in Main Line was disrupted by landslides, so we had to take a bus along the way. . Since I was scheduled to arrive at the hotel after 9:30 pm, I decided to give up on dinner and contacted the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, dinner was prepared for us in a separate room and we were able to enjoy it all. I thought the staff had to work during their working hours, but I was very happy and grateful for this response. I really appreciate the hotel's response. I would definitely like to use them again.
