The hotel staffs were very nice to direct us to the carpark that we could park at. They were able to communicate in English. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay there. Location is very near to the shopping and food area. Recommended to stay

We stay here one night in autumn. The location is very convenient for us. It’s nearby station. Breakfast is also fine.

It is on a quiet alley near JR. The hotel facilities are relatively retro and there is no USB charging port. However, the room size is relatively large in Japan, and there is a space to put boxes when you enter the door. When I arrived at the hotel, it was not yet check-in time, so I left my luggage at the front desk and went out. When I came back in the evening, the hotel had thoughtfully sent all my luggage to the room. The service was very good.

The advantage of the hotel is that it is close to Matsumoto Station and Matsumoto Castle, and there are restaurants nearby, making it a good place to grab a meal.
