The location is next to the Kappa Bridge. It is very lively. You can see the beautiful scenery when you open the window of the room. The bathing place is a bit small. The one-park, two-food meals are in the form of a buffet, and there are many delicious styles.

The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the Kappa Bridge and the bus terminal, which is very convenient. The room is relatively small and the service is average, but breakfast and dinner are still good.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no information about whether the room was a smoking room or not when I made the reservation, so I thought it would be a non-smoking room, but I was wrong. disappointing.

Hard to beat being out in the Chubu Sangaku National Park in a high end hotel at a reasonable price! Breakfast and dinner are included along with breathtaking views of the Japanese Alps and great hikes for all levels. Sunrise in the mountains is magical and the river is clear as can be. We ran into several snow monkey troops on our hikes with no issue. Kept our distance and avoided agitating them. Many provisions for bears although we never saw one. Only downside was the futons were extremely flimsy. Took two futons and one blanket to make a bed soft enough for this old body.

It is an inn with a nice atmosphere like a large pension, located right near Kappa Bridge. The meal was a buffet, and I was lucky to be able to watch the little monkeys jumping on the branches of the trees while playing. There was no one in the bath, probably because I went there late at night, but it was a bit too hot to take a bath, which was a pity. Guests were given discount coupons that can be used at the attached cafe. Thanks to the good location, I was able to take a leisurely stroll around the empty Kappa Bridge before breakfast.

Access from the bus terminal is also good, and it is an excellent location to go anywhere. (Rooms and facilities) Most of the rooms are Japanese-style tatami mats. This year, two new stylish Western-style rooms were built on the 1st floor. The two rooms with bunk beds that have been there so far are scheduled to be renewed next year, but I personally hope that half of them will be beds! As you get older, it's hard to sit on your knees, and I feel that most Japanese people are already living in beds and chairs, and I feel that tourists will appreciate it when more inbound tourists come back. . The number of people in the corona misfortune bath was up to 4 people. It was recognized and controlled by the number of slippers at the entrance. The men's dressing room does not have skin care products available, and now it's an era where even men can do it, so it would be helpful if there was a skin care product available. The set of amenities distributed seemed to be the same as the Gosenjaku Hotel, but I felt that the quality of the toothbrush should be reviewed a little more. My gums have gotten really bad. I don't think it's necessary to replenish every day, so I'd like you to improve the quality. I think that there are many people who do not bring toothbrushes and amenities because they want to reduce their luggage when climbing. It's cold in Kamikochi, so instead of wearing a yukata, I feel more comfortable wearing pajamas like the two new rooms. The tatami room is quite difficult to sit on, and the futon is thin. There are no washing machines or drying rooms for washing mountaineering clothes, and no paid cleaning inside the facility. I think this is the same for any hotel in Kamikochi. However, Konashi Lodge seems to have a drying room. There is no need to prepare outside shoes for climbing shoes. Crocs were prepared at the entrance of the lobby, and they were very easy to wear. This service is the same as any accommodation in Kamikochi, and is unique to mountaineering resorts. There were free rentals of magnifying glasses, umbrellas, raincoats, and folding chairs for viewing the starry sky. Heating works well both in the room and inside the building, and the room can be adjusted. Other than the room, the facility was comfortable with floor heating. Since Kamikochi does not have an air conditioner in the summer, fans are rented. (Meals) Meals are buffets both in the morning and at night. It was so polite that I couldn't complain, and everything was really delicious. I feel that this is the most proud point of this lodge. However, there was Otoji soba, but I think it would be nice if the soba itself was more delicious because it was Shinshu. The miso soup was piled high with Shinshu miso. I was. For example, when I saw a scene where a child touched the cover with their bare hands, I felt that this was not good. For dessert at dinner, you can eat the same mini cake as the five horns, which Matsumoto City is proud of. I visited in autumn, and they had cheesecake, Mont Blanc, and Shine Muscat tart, and I was happy that they were all delicious. Freshly fried seasonal tempura is served deliciously for dinner. As for the method of serving, it is very nice to have it fried in the center of the buffet, but the smell of oil fills the dining room, and my hair and fresh clothes, which I took a nice bath after climbing, smelled of oil. It stuck strongly, and that was the only thing I didn't like. The food is fried after taking orders from customers, and when it's busy, it's also a buffet style, so I felt that it would be good to serve it after frying it in the kitchen. There is no ventilation fan above the large tempura pot, so the smell of oil sometimes made me sick. I think it's a very good presentation, but I would be happy if there was a little ingenuity! For lunch, there was a fun service where you could make your own hot sandwiches on the terrace, but I didn't see anyone doing it because it faced the street. I thought it was a good service, but I felt that we would like to try it if there is a little more ingenuity. There was a young woman who was very good at customer service, and it was wonderful. (Reservation) It seems that it is the most profitable to do it from the line, and the hotel's own points are accumulated, and it seems that it can be used next year. It seems that you can get a frozen apple pie (hall) from the sweets shop next door and a lodging coupon, so I felt it was a very good attempt. The apple pie I received was very delicious and I appreciate it. This lodge is highly recommended because it is very reasonable depending on the time of year. Finally young people at the front desk were really kind. He seemed to genuinely enjoy his work. There was a scene where I thought that it would be helpful if I had a little more preparation about transportation and mountain knowledge. I look forward to working with you as a Kamikochi professional! I'm also working hard on Instagram, and it's a very good impression. I wonder who drew the wonderful illustration in front of the entrance, it was very nice. There was original goods of the lodge next to the front desk, but it would be fun if there was a collaboration with Montbell etc. like Gosenjaku Hotel. I honestly didn't want much. There is a souvenir shop next to the Gosenjaku Hotel across from the lodge, and you can get a 5% discount coupon that you can use here. (Can be used as many times as you like.) If you stay at the Gosenjaku Hotel, you will get a 10% discount, so it would be nice if you could do the same. The peak of autumn foliage this year is from mid to late October. You can enjoy it until the beginning of November when the larch is golden. After this, the hotel will become cheaper and will be closed. This time of year is also recommended. Please note that there are no ATMs in Kamikochi. This is a fact that will never change.
