Good location, although it’s a small hotel, but it’s clean, offer everything I need

The complimentary soft drinks and coffee were appreciated. It was close to Matsuyama Castle, so it was easy to get around, and there were plenty of transportation options available as it was on a main street.

It was a perfect hotel for staying alone. It was also easy to access the city center. If you are traveling alone to Matsuyama, I highly recommend it^^

I had a great rest.

It's well located, reasonably priced, has a work space on the first floor, and although there are designated hours, free drinks are provided. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and best of all, the sink is separate from the bathroom. I liked the above points and stayed at this hotel once before, and everything lived up to my expectations and it was clean, so I'm staying here again this time. I had breakfast the first time and was also satisfied. In addition to the food, customer service, and facilities that are comparable to nearby hotels with the same concept, I really like the features of the bathroom mentioned above, and will stay here again if I have business here.

I have traveled many times in Japan by car and have never encountered a Reception. The manager only made excuses and did not explain it clearly to the staff when checking in. The paid parking arrangement can only be entered and exited once. Reentry and exit are at your own expense. Never Consider or remedy or improve. disappointment! Will not stay again!
