My room was not the cleanest. . . There was dust and dirt on the counters and cabinets. The staff was very friendly, however!

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and I will continue to do so each time I visit Charlotte. It's convenient because it's close to where my granddaughter lives and that's who we visit. Although a little older, the hotel is always clean and neat. Early mornings have the cleaning staff washing floors and laundry efficiently. The breakfast is self serve with an array of hot and cold items from bacon and eggs to cereal and yogart. Only thing missing is fresh fruit but there are so many other things it's okay. And the price fits our budget. I will continue to stay here when I visit Charlotte.

The only positive was that they let us check in early but they put us in the bottom floor at the end by the Garbage dumpster so we woke up in the morning at 4:30 AM to the Garbage truck. The place smelled like mildew and they had oder eaters plugged in all down the hallway. Thankful they had coffee in the rooms because the coffee they brewed in the Morning was Swamp Water. Tasted like old socks. The breakfast area appeared to be clean and was no thrills (didn't expect any so was not disappointed). the staff at front desk was not attentive and were busier on the computer than to say good morning. Outside was dirty, there was a dirty balled up towel by the curb when we got there and it was there 3 days laater when we left... second day we saw a guy attempting to sweep outside but somehow he missed the trash and the balled up discusting towel. Not attention to detail and in general poor hotel. Will not pick it again FOR SURE.

This location is nearby a lot of shopping areas. The hotel does seem a little old but overall the service and room was worth the money paid. Great customer service.

Hotel was very clean and convenient. Staff was very nice and server from the breakfast buffet was excellent in helping us and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Will definite stay there again.

Good location. I had read that it was difficult to find, but we did not find it so. Check in was easy. Carpet in hall looked new but hallway smelled musty. Room was clean. Heating/cooling worked well. Bed was hard and pillows were tiny. Our room had a whirlpool in the bedroom area that was old. A sofa would have been preferable. Breakfast was not so good. Rubber eggs, terrible yogurt. I would eat at another restaurant for breakfast. Overall I would stay there again for one night.

The service was good. Our first assigned room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The second room was very musty but definitely better than smoke so we stayed there. In the morning the hallway smelled like someone was smoking on our floor. Breakfast was the usual stuff. Staff was good, the grounds were underwhelming.

The shower was horrible, drain clogged. Dirty. Service was great but overall experience of the actual room wasn’t good, bed was so uncomfortable
