Great stay at FS Mauritius. Restaurant choices are aplenty, really nice beach and service is great. Would stay here during our next trip to Mauritius.

Well placed location with very friendly staff

I really liked the hotel, all the restaurants are very tasty 5/5, the hotel has its own island with blue water. The villas are wonderful, the staff is attentive. We were upgraded to a higher category room without extra charges. Thanks to all the staff.

Perfect welcome and services, very nice hotel

This is not our family's first vacation at a Four Seasons hotel. The choice of this hotel was based on our previous experience at the Four Seasons Jimbaran, Bali and the guarantee of quality guest service. All our expectations were met: well-thought-out infrastructure, beautiful landscape and well-kept territory, exquisite gastronomic restaurants, polite and very friendly staff. The hotel, of course, needs renovation (in particular, updating the furniture stock). In April 2025, the hotel will close for renovation and will reopen in October 2025. I am sure that after the renovation, the Four Seasons hotel will top the list of hotels in Mauritius. The hotel is ideal for families with children: a comfortable sandy beach and a shallow lagoon for swimming, a children's pool and a children's club. The beach is not suitable for snorkeling, as the water can be muddy due to the sandy bottom, and the marine fauna is not so diverse near the shore. For snorkeling and diving enthusiasts, there is an opportunity to organize a boat trip to the reef. Another nuance: communication on all issues (reserving a table in a restaurant, room service, renting bicycles, transfers and organizing excursions around the island, booking spa treatments, etc.) occurs through a chat with the hotel manager via WhatsApp in English or French. The hotel has a Russian-speaking manager, so if you have any difficulties communicating in a foreign language, all issues can be resolved with her help. A pleasant bonus to our stay at the hotel was the possibility of late check-out from the hotel. Standard check-out at the hotel is at 12:00. Our flight departed late in the evening, the hotel allowed us to check out of the room at 19:00 without any extra charge. It was very nice.

There is no need to say more about the luxury of the Four Seasons Hotel. There are some furnishings here, and it can be seen that it is a bit old. It is not a very young hotel, but its supporting facilities are too strong, and the beach and the sea are unique. If you are a kid who travels on a budget and want to book this hotel, I think you can be more cautious. I drove in, and from the gate to the reception, I had to drive one or two kilometers. Basically, once you get in, you can only eat, drink and have fun there. There are many restaurants there, Japanese, Indian, Italian, and their buffet restaurant. They have a buffet for dinner every Thursday, and we also went to eat, but that night we spent more than 2,000 yuan for one or two people, and some fun. Staying in the Four Seasons is based on a room rate of 5,000 or 6,000 a day, plus other consumption of 3,000 to 10,000. Of course, there are some people who may consider traveling on a budget. We are also an ordinary family, but when we go to that environment, we still want to eat and have fun. If we go there to eat instant noodles and only play free projects, I can't do it. The sincere suggestion is to increase the budget, have fun, and enjoy it to the fullest!

The children's playground is great, with babies as young as three months old being taken care of all day. There are activities from morning to night, suitable for children of all ages. It's just that the food in the restaurant is not very good.

As expected of the Four Seasons, the hotel is clean and cleaned twice a day. The staff are very welcoming. The private beach is beautiful. You can see the sunrise every morning in the sea view room. Various restaurants have different dishes every day. I will come again!

The service is very good, the environment is good, the staff is very nice. Dining in the restaurant is quite expensive. If you are not used to it or think it is too expensive, you can bring some self-heating hot pot or self-heating rice to improve the taste. The hotel has a free ferry to Ludao Island every day. It is a very good experience to enjoy the sunny beach on Ludao Island and eat Chinese rice.

I could not say enough positive words about this breathtaking hotel. From the place and position, the architecture and villas (which are by the way amaaaazing - we had a beach villa - i highly recommend :) Before we even booked the trip we were concerend about the food (we live in Milan:) but let me tell you - was the best food we could have ever immagine. Our special place in heart has the restaurant called Lazy Fish. The food and attention you get is just princess treatment, and have to underline one very special person Sachin who made our stay unique with the romantic table set up right on the beach. Truly such a goodheart person and he makes sure everything runs smoothly. The stuff of this hotel feels like a family even just after a day of stay. Hotel will be under reconstruction from March till November but honestly i cannot wait to come back here because this is what the true relax and vacation means. The best energy and only good vibes.
