Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The room was very spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were professional and attentive throughout my stay.

I stayed there in February 2026, and the place was beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The room was clean, neat, and well maintained, and we received a warm welcome upon arrival. Mrs./Miss Shaleenee was exceptionally friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. She was very helpful, attentive, and ensured that we felt comfortable and at ease throughout our visit. The service was excellent, and the room was always clean and well kept. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

A memorable family getaway in a beautiful setting We spent a fantastic family weekend at La Maison d’Été for my partner’s birthday, and the team truly made her feel special, which as her partner, was greatly appreciated. The location at Poste La Fayette is exceptional, with some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters on the island, with a charm quite unlike many other parts of Mauritius. There was plenty for the family to enjoy, from kayaking and snorkelling to pool and darts, which made the stay both relaxing and entertaining for everyone. What stood out most was the hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome, including being personally greeted by the General Manager, Mrs Rose, which was a very thoughtful touch. Travelling with family, especially with children, you notice the little things, and the team consistently delivered with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Excellent food, a refined yet relaxed atmosphere, and an overall experience that made the celebration exactly what I had hoped for. A very enjoyable stay and somewhere we would gladly return.

What an unforgettable birthday weekend at La Maison d’Été! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely special, and that feeling carried through every single moment of our stay. The culinary experience deserves its own standing ovation. The crab with heart of palm was simply exquisite, the tuna carpaccio beautifully delicate and fresh, and the crab bisque... absolutely to die for. The ginger crème brûlée was the perfect ending, elegant, unexpected, and unforgettable. Birthday breakfast was equally special, and it is those thoughtful touches that make all the difference. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team. Roy and Nitin looked after us so beautifully throughout, attentive, warm, professional, and always one step ahead without ever being intrusive. Hilary was wonderful, and of course a special thank you to Rose, whose leadership clearly reflects in the exceptional standard of service throughout the hotel. It is impossible to name everyone, but please know that every member of the team contributed to making this birthday one I will always remember. Thank you for creating such beautiful memories for my family and me.
