Great service from the staff. They made our anniversary extra special for us. We were just a bit disappointed with the food, we mostly ate out at other restaurants when we stayed here. I'd highly recommend a stay in the villa. Unfortunately, the beach side is only good to look at and not good to get into.

The location is great. It's only 100 meters from the sliding door of the room to the beach. However, you can only enjoy the beach in front because there are reefs and you can't go into the water. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the nearby water for swimming. The water quality is good. There is a buffet breakfast and dinner. The restaurant has a pleasant view. It is not convenient to eat nearby. It is recommended to book dinner

Good service and facilities... and they include free travel to the deer island...

What a lovely tropical experience. This hotel is small and very friendly. The friendliness of the staff was amazing and always willing to help with a smile nothing too much trouble. Our room looked out over the ocean which was amazing to see every morning when you opened the curtains. Room was exceptionally cleaned and lovely towel art by Patricia especially for our wedding anniversary. The food was delicious we never had a problem. The shack run by Nancy was always good and fresh. Can’t wait to return sometime in the future. Miss everything about this hotel and place . Thankyou for an awesome experience. Colette and Paul

I spent a day at Tropical Attitude with their day package, and it was such a beautiful and relaxing experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful and welcoming. A special mention to the staff who made the day truly memorable: Arvin, Seevangee, Selven, and Christophe — all of them were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality really stood out and added so much value to the experience. The food was delicious with good variety, and the pool and beach area were clean and perfect for relaxing. It genuinely felt like a mini-vacation, even if it was just for a day. I highly recommend the day package at Tropical Attitude for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy excellent Mauritian hospitality.

The hotel was nice and cosy, very welcoming. They want to be sustainable, which is very nice. Karen was very sweet and welcoming, she helped us with everything. Because we were on our honeymoon, we received as a gift 30min massage (Nadia was lovely), a nice diner and a bag from Mauritius. The room was nice, tidy and The view from the room is sooo nice, it’a a pleasure to have your coffee with that view of the ocean. Near the hotel, a 5-10 min walk, is a very nice beach. In front of the hotel it’s a little bit more difficult to have a bath, but we had our water shoes and it was ok. Food was great and fresh. The only minor minus is that after 14:30 you can’t have a lunch in the resort, only shacks. Also, they have the Otentik Experiences and we book a diner at a local. Concita was so much fun, it’s was a lovely experience and she prepared a very good dinner. We highly recommend!!

We were celebrating our Ruby wedding anniversary and chose a special adult only holiday in Mauritius. The whole team were wonderful. From Karen who greeted us on arrival, to Kamili who kept our villa spotless and made fabulous towel sculptures. The serving staff and chefs were great. Nothing was too much trouble. They even organised an anniversary meal where we were served by Sunil and made to feel very special. Although there is no beach at the hotel, we walked 5 minutes around the corner and there it was. Stunning location. There is no shortage of sunbeds to use but we enjoyed the sun deck with it's fabulous sea view, and the hammock at our villa with the plunge pool. The free trip to the island was fab but you do need to book in advance. Nightly entertainment was very good. Overall we had a very memorable holiday.

Our stay at Tropical Attitude Hotel was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was excellent — every meal was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. I loved that it wasn’t a typical hotel setup; instead of standard rooms, you have your own small “villa” with a sea view and private sunbeds, which made the whole experience feel peaceful and very private. The atmosphere in the room was calm and relaxing, and everything was spotless. The cocktails were fantastic — full of flavour and perfectly mixed. A huge plus: the hotel also organised my brother’s wedding, and it turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Every detail was taken care of with so much care and professionalism. Tropical Attitude is a true gem in Mauritius — I can’t recommend it highly enough. We’ll definitely be back!

My partner and I have just returned from this wonderful hotel. We stayed in a villa which was amazing, The atmosphere was welcoming, chilled and relaxed. Throughout our 2 weeks the staff were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble special shoutouts to Karen and Seeroo in customer services , Alice in the shop, Kamini our housemaid with her amazing towel art, Vikash and his team in the restaurant along with Ram and all of the restaurant managers , Karuna and Javin and all of the waiting staff, Rohan and all of the bar men, Crystel and Benedicte on Reception and every member of the entire team who smiled daily and helped us make magical memories. Amazing tropical hideaway. Small boutique hotel, with friendly staff, clean rooms and amazing views across the ocean. The atmosphere at the hotel is tranquill and it's a great place to unwind and relay. Location is perfect for walking out. Nothing better than laying on a lounger watching the dolphins play Big thank you to Karen for all her help and our cleaner Patrica.

A real gem. A true tropical getaway. It's location is wonderful with panoramic views across the bay to Ile Aux Cerfs. The amenities and daily programmes are well thought through but not too frenetic or full. There are only about 66 rooms so it has a boutique feel to the whole place. The pool is central and has plenty of beds and loungers surrounding it. The boutique shop has some lovely items, perfect as keep sakes or gifts. The reception and concierge service is helpful and they can book taxis, trips and free activities for you such as yoga, glass bottom boat, snorkeling and trips to the islands across the bay, Ile Aux Cerf. The position of the hotel is gorgeous as the distant waves crash against the coral reef in the distance and the vistas of the mountains in thr distance make an interesting skyline. The main restaurant is well stocked for breakfast, lunch and dinner with various cooked and uncooked options. Kot Nou restaurant is something special. The tapas they provide are so well prepared and sumptuous. The variety is good and the portion sizes are perfect. A must to book while staying at the hotel. Taba J shack is delightful. The lunchtime menus of salads, rhotis and upside down bowls or biryani were good and it was swiftly dispensed once ordered. They also do lovely tea time treats of local sweets and  treats like cakes and pancakes in the late afternoon. The tea baz station was a lovely touch with a variety of premade fruit teas. You also had the option to create your own blend with various pots of aromatics and spices. The Sea U bar was great. The online menu was varied including alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The bar staff were very patient and professional. The POZ Spa was amazing. Genuine bliss. Totally worth every minute and great value. An absolute must if you stay at the resort. Overall the hotel was very well cared for and had plenty of friendly and helpful staff on hand. The departure lounge was great with storage, showers and a chill out area. The wildlife was great with plenty of birds and lizards around. On a number of occasions guests saw dolphins in the bay, and on the glass bottom boat trip you got to see turtles. The bountiful foliage and clever design of the rooms made it feel spacious and luxurious. The jetty is a great viewpoint across the bay to the mountains and the rest of Trou de deuce. We felt rested, well cared for a genuinely didn't want to leave. A wonderful hidden gem.

Just returned from a 10 night stay at this amazing hotel celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. The staff can’t do enough for you and as it’s a small hotel you’re made to feel as part of a family. We had a villa and thought it was worth the money. Quiet, own loungers and splash pool. Amazingly clean and sheltered. Unlike most countries we have visited they don’t do trips out in large coaches. All trips are in a taxi at a fixed price. You get your driver and all his local knowledge for the day. We did several and explored both the North and South of the island. Just ask at reception, they have a list of tours and prices. Special thanks must go to Jasraj, Karuna, Arvin and Ram in the restaurant for their enthusiasm and help in the restaurant. Benedict and Karen at reception, Kimini our amazing cleaner and the girl in the shop was so helpful (whose name I can’t remember). If you’re looking for an 18 - 30 type of hotel, this is not for you. This is a friendly relaxed hotel with some light entertainment in the evenings. I’m a picky eater and always ate well in the restaurant. Hope to return next year

We had an amazing stay! The staff were all very welcoming and kind, which made our experience even more special. My girlfriend and I met wonderful people during our stay, like Mr. Sanju who was very helpful, as well as Alice and Karen with their warm hospitality and big smiles. Lunch at tabaj was famulous and delicious prepared by Nancy she was very helpful. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay, even if it was just for one night, and next time we’ll definitely stay longer. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious, with a good variety to choose from, and the pool areas were lovely—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The complimentary trip to Île aux Cerfs is definitely a must-do, providing stunning scenery and fun activities. Additionally, the glass-bottom boat ride was an incredible experience, allowing us to explore the vibrant underwater world without getting wet. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and memorable getaway!
