Well to start with the place was really calm. It was so peaceful not a single noise while being in the room. The place was fine definitely not as the pictures. Worst breakfast ever. The price for B&B was not worth that breakfast. First meal of the deal is really important and that breakfast ruined my day. I wouldn’t mind to go again if they improve the foods. Staff are really nice .

Spent only 15 mins the briefy and the guest the room we were suppose to stay included in the time spent. Thats how bad it was. Nothing like the pictures. Look old,with no maintanance or proper cleaning. And they did even bother to fix the situation or refund us

The owner refused the booking for NO VALID REASON (the receptionist told us that it was okay and the room were available and we match all the criteria) he told that he REFUSE the booking because we were only booking for one day (bed and breakfast) even though we were booking 10 rooms He was very arrogant and even insult me when i tried to talk to him. Very bad customer service. Not recommended.

I feel the need to review this hotel because the description and photos can be quite deceiving and ultimately, you're not getting what you paid for. Although the rooms look reasonably good in the photos, they are in an urgent need of refurbishment, as you'll see from the pictures below: the curtains looked cheap, old and had holes in them; some items clearly hadn't been cleaned in months; there were cockroaches walking around at night... you get the gist. The staff, although friendly had to be constantly prompted to do things. One example is when I arrived, I still had to wait a bit until check-in time, so I left my luggage with them and went out for a walk. Upon my return, a couple of hours later, they informed me my luggage had been left just outside my door!!? As in... outdoors, in a common area. I mean, how can you be so lazy to not even bother to open the door and leave the suitcase inside the room like all hotels tend to do?!!! There's no phone in the rooms, so if you need something you'll have to bother to go all the way down to reception. There was also no soap on the sink, although there was an empty soap dish... When I mentioned this to the staff, I was told I could simply use the shower gel instead (?!). The food was just okay. The common area around the swimming pool looked sad and cheap. Although there were cameras all over the place, often no staff could be seen in the evening and it doesn't feel safe at all. I could go on and on, but for brevity sake I'll just say that this hotel's motto seems to be MINIMAL EFFORT! For the same price, you can get much better elsewhere.

Current management practices have changed and owner just stole $4 000 Australian or 125 000 Mauritian Rupees from me. He picks out vulnerable targets and police and government and other authorities are now currently involved. This is also going to be in the news. Do not trust this place. l shall be back to write more including links to media channels and to submit statements to police. Current owner is currently avoiding speaking with police who have come to his 'accommodation ' premises twice already to speak with him

We went there because it seemed to be a cosy place. My husband wanted a coffee and I took a cocktail. It was terrible. The coffee had no taste (it felt like he'a drinking water) and the cocktail had that i took felt like there was no alcohol and it seemed like i was drinking a glass of tamarin juice and it was way too expensive. But the waiter was nice to us ( we don't remember his name) , the lady (she seems to be the owner) said that she gonna clean the table and bring us the glasses but we waited for long like half an hour to have the glass but she never came to us neither to clean the table nor light up the candle she brought us! We don't recommend it to anyone. Not value for money! We're never ever going back to them! They've clearly steal the money! Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!$$$$
