Very nice and staff very welcoming

The room is beautiful, the environment is very good, the service is also good, and the meals are rich. worth a visit

Same as above, the room type is not suitable, and it ends up being frustrating. During my ten days in Mauritius this time, I had the worst experience at the Long Beach Hotel. I can even say that the island of Mauritius is not particularly welcoming to Chinese people. This is much worse than the Maldives, Bali, and Phuket. Finally, Long Beach Hotel and all the hotels in its group will definitely no longer be my choice, and I will also advise all my friends not to go.

The hotel is old, the service can't keep up, and the overall cost performance is average

Friendly for vacation

We have just returned from an 8 night trip at Long Beach which was honestly one of the most amazing hotels we have stayed at. We were in Room 512 which is a Beachfront Suite on an AI basis and from arrival to departure, we could not have asked for more. The scenery was absolutely stunning and the resort was spotless. The staff could not have done anymore for us and you can either be as lazy or active as you want to. We ate in Le Marche (shorts and t-shirts fine for the evening) along with Tides and Sapori both for lunch and dinner - the service was exceptional in all restaurants including Le Marche which was honestly one of the most high quality AI buffet I have experienced. Even though the hotel was at full occupancy, you could get loungers at anytime of the day and each canopy has a call button where the waiters will attend to you throughout the day. A big shout out to Kunal and Lindon who were very quick and always asked us if we wanted anything even if we hadn’t called them. Chetna in Le Marche was also lovely and the staff work hard to make sure everyone has a fantastic break. The hotel is situated on the North East Coast and there was a constant breeze which was very welcome given the temperatures were a constant 28 - 30c. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to couples and families and we are already looking at returning next year to this beautiful island.

Stayed here from 17th to 24th November and it was fantastic. Room was lovely, beach view, most comfy bed and pillows had in a hotel. Whole layout of the hotel was lovely, beautiful beach and pool area . Buffet restaurant, specialist restaurants all had good variety of food. Playing golf? All was set up by the hotel with transfers to and from the courses and both were lovely to play. Spa was used by my family and they said the facilities were fantastic. Everywhere was immaculate and all staff were very friendly and felt looked after. I would like to pass on special thanks to the following people: Samia and Anishka for going over and above in the service they provided at the breakfast and evening buffet. Vishal for looking after my mum when picking her up and ensuring she got to and from the spa safely (she is 83 with some mobility issues) and he handled her with so much care and patience. Priscilla for looking after our room so well and ensuring my mum had everything she needed. Vandini for her welcoming reception to the hotel and helping us so much while we were there. They all went over and above.

Beautiful resort with an exceptional village character with a quite oark-like setting. We very much enjoyed the beautiful beach areas and the unique infinity pool. The opportunity to play 2 fantastic golf courses complimentary (Anahita and Ile aux Cerfs) is another highlight. The entire staff is very friendly and supportive at any time. We very much enjoyed the variety of restaurants ( Italian, Asian,Seafood, Japanese) with high quality. Special thanks to the exceptional team around Vishal at Sapori, especially Nathalie, Yushran and Neelesh who make us feel at home. Merci beaucoup!.

We spent 4 days at this beautiful beach resort that has easy access to white sands and snorkelling. Our good friend Shailen recommended this stylish resort; it was perfect! Service was very friendly and welcoming. The manager Alain went above and beyond to made us feel at home. Worth taking advantage of the complimentary glass-bottom boat tour, snorkelling, and sport facility (that is run by a positive young crew). Do take part in the pool volleyball match as it is loads of fun. Breakfast is outstanding - as is dinner in the various restaurants (although worth pre-booking as seating availability limited). Highly recommended based on quality of rooms, location, food, sports facilities, and service.

Our stay at Long Beach Mauritius has been fantastic! We enjoyed each day at the ocean, but also at the pool. Everybody was very nice with our baby girl. Baby food was available at all restaurants. We celebrated both mine and our baby girl’s birthday there and the staff was amazing. In the morning, we had our breakfast table decorated with flowers (including beautiful monoi flowers). What was amazing was the surprise we received in our room for our baby girl (balloons, personalized letter and a toy). The medical staff was very helpful and professional (we had issues with our little one being sick and falling out of the bed). Special thanks to Kiran, Jenny, Pamela, Roshita and Marie Noelle! Marie Noelle hold our baby girl for a bit so we couls eat dinner (she wanted to walk all the time). We felt really in paradise and we can’t wait to return! Enjoyed having meals everywhere starting with having breakfast and dinner at all restaurants (boufet and also a la carte). Can’t wait to return

Accommodation  We stayed in room 538 and what a room with a view. We were travelling with our 19 month old daughter and the room was big enough to fit a cot. The balcony with comfortable seating area for relaxing and a table for dining was perfect for us as we could relax there while our daughter was napping in the room. We have travelled a fair bit and both agreed its the best seaview room we have stayed in.  Dining  Le Marche for breakfast had all the usual food expected, but we were really happy with the quality of the breakfast and the service.  Annabelle at breakfast, Roshitah and many other staff always made sure we had everything we needed and kept an eye on our table. Aways clearing up plates and topping up teas/coffees. Staff were so attentive. They also went out their way to supply cartons of milk that we could take back to the room for our daughter.  A  big big thanks to Vishal in Sapori for going the extra mile and organising food to be delivered to our room when our daughter was under the weather and we couldn't dine out. We had a lovely relaxing evening on our balcony with the full moon and glittering sea. A memory we will always cherish.  We did have an issue with one of our meals in the buffet and the head chef Rehmam was alerted on the problem. He took personal responsibility in sorting out the issue and we were very impressed with his response.  Kids club We were so impressed with the atmosphere and facilities in the club. They have different rooms for babies,  toddlers and older kids. Our daughter felt so at home there. In particular Geraldine looked after our daughter so well that she grew quite attached to her. We felt comfortable leaving her there with Geraldine so we could spend some time alone for our anniversary dinner and an island  Boat trip. You have to pay a babysitting fee for children under 2 or 3 years, but it is well worth it knowing your child will get one to one care. They also have cots for the kids to have their naps. Our daughter was given a few gifts including t shirt and toys which is such a nice touch. The hotel is on the windy side of the island, but the restaurants, atmosphere, facilties and staff of this hotel more than make up for that. We

Just back after a two week stay at Long Beach. Long travel time to get there from Manchester/Dubai/Mauritius, but ell worth the travel. Beautiful hotel and grounds. All staff very helpful and always smiling. We had a beach front superior room built in a block of eight right on the beach. Very spacious room and very large bathroom with two full walls of wardrobes, bath separate shower and toilet cubicle.also a large balcony with table and chairs and a large daybed. We tried out all the restaurants as well as the buffet restaurant. The food and service were excellent in all of them.our favourite member of staff was Anastasia who served us in the Buffett restaurant for our breakfast daily.she remembered from the first day our drinks requirements and was always very attentive each day. The pool areas are very clean with lots of sun beds or day beds always available, you don't need to be up at 5.30 adding towels always somewhere to sit. Same at the beach. The sand is good but there is a lot of coral in places, sea shoes are recommended. If you require drinks or food at the beach there are little call points near the sun beds, just press and someone will come for your order. Our usual man who came was called Godspeed, i hope iv got this right from his name badge. I think this has been the most relaxing holiday i have ever been on. Didn’t want to leave. As a family we would recommend this hotel, hopefully sometime in the future, we may return. Thank you to all the staff who made this possible. Dean,Steven & Kyran.

The staff at the horel wereexceptional from startto finish. Upon our arrival we received a warm welcome with hand/face flannels and local juice. We were given the option to shower while our rooms were being prepared. The rooms were stunning with views and direct access to the beach. The staff were warm, caring and exceptional in their service and helped my mum a lot (78 years old). I will truly miss them. Thank you to: Ajay, John, Ravi, Kamlesh, Rajesh, Malone, Jason, Evans, Roshita, Chetna, Vedica, Jenny, Orelia, Dolores, Poo jah, Roohat, Pamela, Anastasia, Ben, Marie, Noele, Adash, Raj, Prakesh and Neha. Also, I highly recommend box fit at the gym with Tony. It is a challenging and stimulating class for anyone wishing to burn calories and learn boxing techniques.

Long Beach is a beautiful resort on the stunning island of Mauritius. The first thing that captured my attention was the beautiful fauna, warm welcome from the concierge and reception staff, and the splendid building. The vibrant cultures of Mauritius were reflected in the staff team, delicious cuisine (especially Wednesday nights with the Mauritian buffet and Traditional Sega), theme nights, beverages, and entertainment. Above all else, it was the attentiveness, generosity of spirit, and genuine beauty of the staff at Long Beach that captured my heart. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Nothing was too much. There were so many wonderful people in Long Beach. Unfortunately, I do not recall everyone's name. However, the ones I do remember are Dolores, Pamela, Ben, Ajay, Adash, Jenny, Anastasia, Neha, Samia, Pooh Jah, Orelia, Prakash, Marie Nicole, Raj, Vedika, Chetna, Roshita, John, Ravi, Kamlesh, Rajesh, Malone, Evans. All of the staff, including the names of the beautiful members whose names I did not recall, made me and my family feel valued, welcome, and like family. I would highly recommend this wonderful resort for the facilities, nightly entertainment, culture, food, and beverages, but most importantly, for the warmth of the staff. For me, this was paradise and home away from home.
