Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa

The place is excellent, the wind was light and the sea was calm. I highly recommend staying there.

Paradis Beachcomber is certainly one of the most special hotels I've ever been to and I will definitely come back, hopefully sooner than later. The location is absolutely fantastic. We stayed in another hotel on Le Morne beach before and while that hotel's beach was gorgeous, the beach at Paradis is a step up. The colours of the sea around Paradis are extra beautiful and diverse. The Le Morne backdrop is dramatic and absolutely beautiful. The sunsets at Paradis were wonderful. Definitely my favourite area in Mauritius. The rooms were lovely and the hotel was very well maintained. Sparkling clean! The staff was attentive and very friendly. Staff at the buffet restaurant helped me fill and carry my plates because I had a baby with me. Staff at reception helped us with everything we could have possibly needed. What stood out is that people proactively followed up with us and checked in with us after we inquired about things or booked services. This is a huge hotel, but the staff genuinely cared and remembered so many details about our family. In the very few events that things didn't go perfectly, it was clear that the team debriefed extensively and we were proactively approached with a statement and a solution. These were all minor issues but the fact that they were taken so seriously and the staff went above and beyond to learn from mistakes or resolve these minor issues was truly outstanding. Lastly, I do want to mention the amazing kids club at Paradis. Sharon and her team are second to noje. The kids club staff is warm, enthusiastic, loving and engaging. Our toddler was met with so much love and attention, she wanted to spend every second of the day there. They ran fantastic activities but she also just loved playing there with staff and kids. The kids club facilities are also exceptional, the best we've seen in Mauritius. When we said goodbye to the kids club, our daughter was heartbroken which is proof of how amazing it is. Thank you to all the ladies for being so wonderful to our toddler and baby. We truly miss this place and can't wait to come back.
