Room smelled funny yet spacious. Even though it said breakfast was included all they had was bread and butter, some muffins, and coffee. Hotel is located near Airport and with short distance.

When I booking a hotel, the front desk said there was a service can send me to the airport, but when I really needed him to take me to the airport, they said there was no driver! I can only take a taxi to the airport by myself! I feel like I've been deceived!

I could barely understand the check in person. They claimed to have airport service but did not except in the morning so I had to get an uber. The sheets had black spots on them, the washcloths were very poor quality ad rough, and the walls were scuffed with black marks in several areas of the room. The kleenex holder was rusty and without kleenex. The light switch for the room is behind the pillows but I had to walk to the desk to discover that as well as another trip to get the WiFi password. The entrance area outside checkin was very muddy with water everywhere. All in all it wasn't a very pleasant experience. Its only redeeming feature was it is close to the airport. SHAME on Wyndham for giving their name to this place which badly needs renovation and was not what I would consider of Wyndham standards.

Suite was good size. It was clean. Refrigerator Microwave Sink but no coffee maker. They resolved issues quickly. Only downside was the missing coffee maker. Front desk said nothing they could do. They allow dogs for an extra charge. We would stay again.

Worst place ever! Wyndham should really pull its name off this hotel! Mold everywhere. Terrible guest service. Beds equal the guest service. wires hanging out of the walls, smoke detector hanging off the ceiling, dirty, trash in the parking lot.

DID NOT STAY. We were upgrading from our usual park and fly and this place looked nice in the pictures and was more expensive than our usual bargain spot but we were excited about being off on a trip so we went on the internet, booked a park and fly room and were on our way, a three hour trip. Looked nice on the outside, but once inside it was like a third world country. Little lighting to speak of, some sort of long term remodeling was going on, boxes here and there, a really bad odor of food that had been accumulating for awhile was also present. We gave our name but were told that we did not have a reservation. I had taken a picture of my internet reply with the reservation number and showed it. That is no good, must have confirmation number. Is there any way you can help me? NO!! By now I'm upset and my wife is refusing to stay here even if they do find our reservation. We leave and drive 50 yards across the street to where we usually stay and got a room at about 1/2 the price. We contest the credit card charge and get it taken off. Never again will I book with park and fly and certainly never stay at this Microtel (or any other for that matter) again. P.S. We tried calling Park Sleep Fly or whatever its called and got a recording , no way to talk to live people. My mistake

Needed a place close to the Airport with a shuttle and that’s what it is. The price was right, but the room was dank and smelled bad

Great option on short notice and wanted to stay by the airport. Hotel has singles, doubles and suites. Bed was comfortable. Suite had refrigerator, microwave, sink, and sometimes coffeemaker. Be sure to ask about the coffee maker. Price of the suite was quite reasonable.

On 06/13/2024, my family checked in the hotel in room 217. The room appeared very cleaned; my granddaughter decided to rest. She pull the cover back and saw a small bug crawling in the bed & the sheets & mattress were very soiled & dirty. After checking on google lens, it revealed it was a bedbug. I took it to the front desk clerk. She ask for the cup & refused to give it back. Also, she refused to provide her name. She stated, she will refund all of our money and she proceeded to check us out. After checking my credit card statement, she charged my card. I will be disputing it with my credit card company. Bedbug problem at Microtel by Hilton- Kansas City Airport in Room 217. Please stay away!!!

This was possibly the worse hotel I ever booked. It needs a complete remodel. The water pressure was nearly non-existent in the bathroom sink, the room carpet was vacuumed but obviously matted down with greasy dirt, the window curtain was torn and hanging down and the overall look was shabby. Although the hotel says it has an airport shuttle, it isn't 24/7 and when my fight was delayed by just 30 minutes, I had to pay for a taxi to bring me to the hotel. I had booked this hotel for my return trip to the airport but cancelled it and stayed at the Hilton. As a Wyndham's Reward member I am very disappointed that this hotel is part of their network.

It was not very clean and it smelled. The shower was awful. We did not say anything to management. We just got out early and continued on our trip.
