A Filthy Duvet That Cost 60 Odd Euro To Sleep In, Stinking Mattress (Feet) ... Afraid To Look At It, Pillow With Hairs On It & Only One Of Them, Industrial Piping & Wiring,Concrete Walls & Ceiling,Stained Carpet Tiles. Entrance Hall Smelled Of Cats. Inadequate Towels. Almost Impossible To Find & Locate Room And Unprofessional Assistance From Untrained Staff. Needs Serious Attention And Serious Cleaning & Training Given To Cleanliness And To Management Who Obviously Know Nothing About Housekeeping Or Hospitality.

I would like to compliment Onyee? Who booked me in to accommodation today. She was so friendly and helpful, a vast difference to experience on the north campus where directions were poor, no sign posts for various houses, and wasn't very clear when booking that we have to go to the reception - pin drop sends you to the middle of the campus. The experience was saved by Onye in the South campus who was so kind and I can highly recommend this place to stay (not North!)

Poor instructions from Campus, on how to find reception, poor signage around campus to find anything really. Then to be told by unenthusiastic reception that it’s a Seminary… What..!!! I don’t care if it’s a Morgue, put and supply proper signs for people who pay to stay there… Room was grand for the nite, shared bathrooms which we expected. Noise coming from external ventilation Systems went on all nite so if your in a room overlooking this roof/ area, bring ear plugs. Not a great experience to say the least …

Ho dormito qui un paio di notti per partecipare a una conferenza all'università. La stanza singola è grande e tutto sommato comoda, spartana ma con quello che serve. I bagni in comune sono spaziosi e mantenuti puliti. L'edificio è silenzioso, in generale si dorme bene. La colazione a buffet è abbastanza varia.
