PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE ITS TERRIBLE. There are no staff to help with anything. The villas are located inside a shared premises with other property including a elderly living complex. The pool was disgusting, the villa itself was dirty and old. We had to leave after being there for two hours because we didn’t feel safe at all!!

The property at Isla Mazatlan residence is very comfortable and away from the main *****. If you are looking to relax and not be near too many people this is perfect. The marina view is beautiful. The villa we stayed in was spacious.

Very big property. The pool and play gym was right outside our room which was wonderful for the kids. The property was a little old but very clean. The only issue was the air conditioning wasn't working downstairs, however the management helped rectify the situation. When traveling with animals and children, I definitely recommend this property.

The townhouse is perfect for a family vacation: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining rooms, 2 living rooms, laundry room, 1 large balcony, 2 small ones, 5 bathrooms. Very spacious but not decorated up to date. All the equipment in our unit was functional although a little old. Equipped kitchen, dryer, iron, washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. Everything is there. Absolutely perfect welcome from on-site staff. 18L water jugs were delivered to our unit at our request. Relatively quiet: depends on the neighbors you have. Some evenings: no noise, other evenings: we hear music until 5 a.m. Bring earplugs just in case so you can rest well. Same thing for the wi-fi: some days it was perfect, other times not so good. The location is excellent. In the marina, close to shops, bars, restaurants and on the edge of town. Walmart and shopping center also nearby. Requires transportation to town (taxi, pulmonia, etc.). The site is secured by gates and a guard. We are really very satisfied with this stay. The positive points far outweigh the small areas for improvement.

El inmueble en general estaba muy descuidado , las habitaciones empolvadas con muebles viejos algunos dañados , el servicio de restaurante de el lugar tenía pésimo servicio del personal , la habitación no contaba con servicio de limpieza tuvimos que recolectar la basura de los botes de los baños por políticas del lugar y se supo era una Reservacion “de lujo”
