Excellent for families, not much of a bar area but many bars near by. The room was nice and updated and clean. Very little TV in English

Unfortunately this hotel is not like in the pics, is really deteriorated, the room was dusty cause the renovation works in the same floor, AC didn’t work the first day. I was expecting the same quality as the emporio in Mexico City, the chain is inconsistent. The pool are was fine, the staff very kind. They should renovate before reopening, cause the locating is really good and has a nice beach.

The staff was amazing! We were upgraded to one of their renovated rooms, which was really nice! They are still under renovation mode, but that’s ok! Only dislike is the loud music all day and into the night.

First of all, the first morning at the diner, they had no coffee, the next day also no coffee, finally the 3rd day they had coffee, and it wasn't that good! Invest in some good coffee and tourist would be happier!

It was horrible they were remodeling that floor and it looked like a scene from a horror movie and the room was so tiny a motel 6 room is bigger

Third time staying at emporio ; this was second time saying at a suite ; everything was okay expert the horrible smell coming out of the toilet ; despite closing it still smelled like sewer!
Cleaning ladies were nice and helpful
