Near to airport. Clean and quiet. Nearby shopping mall and food. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

The location is good, walkable to and from airport (when its not midday). The front desk was very helpful with helping me do some printing. The mall is 1 minute nearby.

This is my fifteenth year of staying at La Copa yearly. The hotel is only 100 yards from Macy's and the Plaza Mall.

Definitely not what I thought it would be. Outside looked real outdated. Inside was really gloomy. The lampshade had stains. My daughter had a stain on her sheets.
