I called this property several times when my flight was delayed. No one answered the phone. Others called several times as well with the same result. When someone finally answered the phone, we found out that my room had been cancelled and not by me. When asked if I would be charged for this room since they cancelled it, I was told that I would not be charged. I checked my statement. I was charged for the entire amount.

Great place, Great Value, Perfect location!
I’ve really enjoyed my stay here. The queen bed rooms offer a great sense of privacy, which I really appreciated. The thicker walls make a noticeable difference—you don’t hear your neighbors, which adds to the comfort and peace. For the price, this place is honestly a great value. Clean, quiet, and private—exactly what I was looking for. I’ll definitely be coming back!

At reservation it is indicated in room king size bed and was asignated a room with doble bed as well as no one seat or chair inside witin it

Front desk staff very friendly. Easy on and off I2. Stayed at this property several years ago before OYO took over. They have done a good job of cleaning the property up.

I think they should fumigate the place since there were many cockroaches, and the floor terribly dirty.

Good afternoon
I did not like my stay at the hotel.
The room had cockroaches that I killed at night and I told the front desk to fumigate and clean it well and they did not do it. Two nights were like that.
I checked in detail and noticed that the cleaning of the room was not done properly.
I did not feel comfortable.

I would have liked the convenience of a laundromat service on the property, but other than that my stay was great! The room was very clean and the staff was excellent!
