one of the best Indonesian hotel chain that serve the best indonesian culture and cuisines. the room quite nice, the location superb, and the food was great.

This was my 6th nights stay with separate subsequent bookings due to unknown situation of our mum's conditions who was in nearby hospital. Everything of this hotel was good and convenient, especially the staffs. Not using the other facilities in the hotel at all apart from sleeping and breakfast.

We do staycation here for celebrating Our WEDDING ANNIVERSARY.. Check in and check out ontime. Facilities are Good. Breakfast food really great and yummy. The personil are also nice services. Thanks a lot. Just a litte noted for miss welcoming cake. Nope.

The curtain was torn n dirty, the mattress not comfy and blanket not thick enough. No carpet in the room  doesn’t make me feel like hotel . Breakfast is good, staff are polite .

Very professional and friendly staff even though they were extremely busy during the weekend. The breakfast was well stocked with varieties of food and drinks to cater for all palates. The food were delicious from the usual to exotic local delicacies freshly made. There's also sushi, nasi lemak, lontong and more. Freshly made jamu and local brewed coffee with varieties of gula aren from different areas. All in all, the breakfast is superb value for money. Will definitely stay here in our next visit.

Room is small but enough for 1 people, no refrigerator in the room but you can use hotel’s refrigerator via lobby staff. The food is good with indonesian style. Hotel staff is nice and polite.

This is a good business hotel. Breakfast is good. The wifi is servicable. Airport pickup was great as well. Book this hotel if you need a place to stay for business and do not need any hassle.
